Burger King was open for breakfast today and the food was very good
. I tried to go to this Burger King on Father's day but unfortunately the restaurant inside was closed. Lack of staff. I was very disappointed.
I like to go to this Burger King several times a month on the weekend for breakfast. It is very pleasant to sit down and have a relaxing breakfast. Unfortunately when I went there today the inside restaurant was closed and they were only operating to drive through. This is the second time it is happened in the last 30 days. Both times I was told this was because somebody called in sick. It is incredible that a million dollar franchise can close its restaurant because one employee calls in sick. Somehow Burger King and Chick-fil-A are able to always keep their restaurants staffed and opened. Management needs to do a better job in scheduling redundant staff so they can stay open my breakfast alone cost $25 for me and my wife when I go this would more than pay for an extra employee if they lose multiple customers because of this. Let alone this makes the franchise look bad. If I do not have trust that Burger King will be open I will just ride straight to McDonald's instead. It is not worth going there and being...
Read moreWaited 13 minutes from time of order to pay at the first window. Ordered 2 spicy chic sands. There was two cars ahead of myself. When I get pulled up to the pay window I get a ‘can you please stay at this window before you pull up to the second to get your food we’ll wave you down when it’s ready’. Literally another 5 minutes before I get waved down to the pick-up window. This particular Burger King sucks. Avoid it, I don’t believe they give a crap about anything except getting off of work. Who the hell is running this place, do they care or even deserve the position? Maybe they just have too much on their plate or they need a manager that doesn’t act/seem to be in high school but this Burger King sucks. SUCKS! Go to Applebee’s across the street and have a drink while you wait for your food seriously, you’d be in and out faster than this ‘fast food Burger King’ This location needs some overlord help or it will eventually crash and burn. It needs someone to manage it...
Read moreLiterally have to wait longer than a sit down restaurant. 1st visit... we were held hostage in the drive thru for 20 minutes. Order was wrong and I had to go in to get it corrected. Family inside was dealing with the same thing. 2nd visit... decided to go inside. Walked in and 10 people were waiting, some for over 15 minutes, warned us to not come in. We left. 3rd visit... they never give you the total at the speaker. You always have to pull up to the 1st window. After waiting 6 minutes... I ended up with most of what I ordered. Thankfully they didn’t even ring up the items they decided to ignore. The GM needs to get a handle on what is happening here, specifically in the evenings. This one will close just like the old one if they can’t get...
