Decided to buy a tablet so went to Wireless Zone. I will just give the highlights (really?) Yadira, Assistant Mgr, waited on us. She changed our plan to plus 55 which gives you the slowest streaming. We were unable to stream at all. She said the plan had no changes in service, just cheaper! And we had to buy a Hum, which we didn't want, because it came with the plan. Next day I called to cancel the tablet . Nope, has to be delivered first. They ordered it in my name and sent to their store. Ok whatever, just cancel it. Waited 11 days for it to be delivered. They called and I went in, with the Hum also. NOW, they won't take it back. No returns. They took the Hum back and charged me restocking fee. Meantime I called Verizon about the plan, not knowing what she did. They put me on a cheaper plan with super streaming! Yadira called Mgr. Gary about the tablet and then the store owner, Jamie. No returns. Long story short. After almost 2 months.... Verizon was charging me $800. for the tablet since Wireless Zone refused to return it! My next bill was over $500. They also refused to return the 72$ I had to pay. Sales tax! Non refundable they said. So after almost 2 months and HOURS almost every day calling Verizon I got things somewhat solved. Finally Verizon credited every penny back on my account. Not at one time though. Wireless Zone decided to return my sales Tax but made it a credit at their store . ARE YOU KIDDING ME! Verizon credited me the money in my account. Wireless Zone deliberately lied to me about several things that were in their written down policy. I have filed charges with FCC and FTC and Verizon is investigating the store. ONLY BUY AT A VERIZON CORPORATE STORE!!!!!! Never ever at Wireless Zone! Lesson learned. Oh.... they still have the tablet in their inventory! I never even saw it.

I went in on Thursday to upgrade and trade my phone as there was a promotion to get $800 towards a new phone. The associate told me they could only do $440 and my phone would still be $33.33 a month- which is the starting price online. They told me they weren't running the promotion anymore even though there were signs in their store. I decided to leave and purchased the phone online and had it the next day. I got $800 for the promotion and am only paying $11.11 a month.
My husband went in yesterday to get me a case. When he got home with it, it was completely scratched up as if it had been used. It wasn't even in the right box. Kate Spade case in Case Mate box. I called the store as soon as I saw this and they said I could come on to return it. I went in today and explained the situation so the associate called the owner of the store. He told her that there were no other cases to trade and she argued with him that there were. She told him to have me keep the case until they could get a replacement. I told them I just wanted a refund as I got another case at the actual Verizon store. She had a very rude tone and responded to him saying, "of course she did, whatever!" She was mad she had to refund me for the used case they sold me. It is very clear the owner of this store doesn't care about customer service and does not represent the Verizon brand as she should. I will never do any business with this or any Verizon authorized retailers.

Read moreFirst and last visit in this Verizon. Manager was rude and unprofessional and of absolute no help. She got onto an employee in front of me because he didn't handle something correctly when that should have taken place in the back not in front of customers. I was there getting a screen cover put on. The girl couldn't get a bubble out, and told me to put a blow dryer to it and it should come right out. I did as so, and used a credit card to try to get it out. Meanwhile, more bubbles popped up and then the screen cover cracked on the side from using the credit card. I went back to the store when I then had the pleasure of speaking to the manager. She told me there's nothing they will do about it and that they don't even carry Zagg. They only carry Cellhelmet "which is the best". When I asked how much that one was she had to go check and then said we don't have one for the S9+. I walked out.
