XLNT Smoke Shop — Local services in Brooksville

Slight edit: I went into the shop today for a new HQD cuvie vape and a 510 thread battery. I had to explain to two employees what a 510 thread battery was (it’s one of the most common types, but they only understood me when I said “like the ooze pen.”) and when I asked for the HQD they said they didn’t have any, despite a large display right behind the cash register. It’s still a GREAT shop and I will come back (and the employees were nice), but your employees need to know what they are selling.

This shop is wonderful! The employees are friendly and they have a wide selection of hookahs, incense, backpacks, shirts, water pipes, torches, lighters, dry pipes and a wall full of vape supplies. I’ve been here several times to buy a vape pen and incense, and I’ve always found the employees to be very friendly and helpful. Today I went in to buy a vape pen, a silicone pipe, and grinder. I had a budget of $40 for the grinder and pipe, so I thought I’d get a small, basic water pipe or dry pipe and a plastic medtainer grinder. As I was looking at the pipes, I saw a cute one that I was eyeing online. It’s a silicone water pipe that looks like an ice cream cone with pink ice cream, sprinkles, and a cherry on top. It looks very cute and realistic. It’s $44-50 BEFORE shipping online, but I decided to ask the lady how much it is. I was happily SHOCKED when she said it was only $25! What an amazing deal! I contemplated giving a one star review for the customer service I receive every Monday from employee Stephanie!! But i didn’t because all of the other exceptional employees that work at this location. It’s clear to me this one employee has a lack of couth and lacks customer service skills for certain clients. I work in customer service as well and pride myself on providing exceptional customer service to ALL my clients. All of the other employees recognize me and greet me with a warm welcoming but this particular individual acts like this is the first time she sees me and ask the same questions on all interactions. It’s truly sad in this day and age what certain people have to deal with. Definitely a poor reflection on the business but again I want to reiterate the rest of the staff members...

🚩🚩🚩Do not get vape pods here!!!! They sell them individually from sealed packages and gouge the prices!!! Which under vapresso contract you’re not allowed to do it’s 13.50 for a pack of 4 they sell them individually for 6.50 each breaking the sealed package 🚩🚩🚩🚩
