Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Brooksville

I want to preface this by saying there was no issue with the food. The service and the absurd charge for sauce was absolutely abysmal.

You order pizza or bread from literally anywhere else and you either a) get dipping sauce added as part of the order, or b) you pay mildly inconvenient charge of a dollar or two. However charging 7 bucks for dipping sauce is ridiculous and you should ashamed that upcharged. I spend almost 50 dollars and you try to nickel and dime me! Even the lady waiting to get dipping sauce thought it was crazy.

Then there was the service. How dare you sit there a smirk as both the lady and I asked for sauce. Its one thing to state the charge as a matter of fact. Its another thing to sit there and say it sarcastically. You had that lady cursing as she left the store and you smirk like you're proud. That was beyond rude.

You not only lost one customer but likely two this evening. I could've dealt with that asinine up charge for sauce that comes sealed from your distribution center. However to act rude and sarcastic towards your customers, that's a quick way to lose business. One star out of five doesn't begin to describe the rating I wish I could give you. My wife and I are big Marvel Rivals fans, and when we saw Little Caesars was doing special edition Fantastic Four pizza boxes, we were immediately interested, especially since we both main characters featured in the set. For our 6-year anniversary, I wanted to surprise her by getting clean versions of just The Thing and Invisible Woman boxes to turn into decorations for our streaming room.

We weren’t sure if it was even possible, but Eli went way above and beyond. He got permission from his manager, dug through their shipments to find the specific boxes we needed, and had them ready for us. He was friendly, helpful, and didn’t expect anything in return outside the cost for the boxes themselves. He just genuinely wanted to help make it special.

We’ve ordered from this location three or four times since moving to the area, and we’ve never been disappointed. The quality of the food is always good, the prices can’t be beat, and it’s always a genuinely friendly experience walking in. Honestly, this place blows the local Domino’s and other pizza spots out of the water.
