⚠️ Avoid this location until Taco Bell steps in.
This is, without question, the most unprofessional and unsafe Taco Bell I’ve ever been to.
I went through the drive-thru for lunch, and my soda tasted off (syrup was out), no big deal I went inside to have get fixed — and walked into a disturbing scene.
Hostile & Toxic Leadership
The General Manager, Kristin, was screaming at a young woman, using aggressive body language to the point it looked like things could turn physical. She was calling her names, gossiping, and encouraging other employees to laugh at her. This isn’t just bad management — it’s beyond gross negligence and a toxic work environment on full display.
Food Safety Concerns
While this was happening, I saw an employee eating behind the counter, wiping his hands on his shirt, and immediately going back to preparing food. That is a serious health and safety violation. The county health department outta come check this out
Because the GM was so focused on belittling this young woman, she was relentless down talking to her about food stamps. UNBELIEVABLY SHOCKING. the drive-thru line was backed up and service was chaotic which is why I had to come inside. The young woman left visibly upset, while the GM and her team laughed at her expense — in front of customers.
I will never support this BROOKSVILLE LOCATION toxic environment and negligent manager representing them. I know this is a franchise but I do know Taco Bell has an image to uphold, and this ain’t it.
Taco Bell corporate needs to investigate immediately and review the security cameras from today’s incident. I did take a picture, they should all be ashamed and fired, then who will need government help? DO...
Read moreJust ordered at the drive-thru and went to pay for my order and had a very minor inconvenience with my debit card not registering with the card reader, and all was still good, just had to use a different card. The problem was when the employee asked the supervisor/manager(idk) for some assistance, boy do I wish I didn't have to have that employee do that. The attitude that came from that higher ranked employee that was asked to help was unnecessary. There were 0 cars in the drive-thru, 1 couple already eating in the lobby, so it wasn't like the supervisor was being bothered during an epic dinner rush. Who knows what negative things she had to say about my family and I about us causing a 90 second hold-up, because she made sure to slam the window in our faces while she exerted her frustration on the computer and employee. I live very close to the location, but in my opinion, I'll be better off driving to the Spring Hill location next time. I never write reviews, but I felt this was a better route of expressing my disappointment than other choices I could have made. But holy cow, the anger and pissed off looks... Feel bad for the employees. I can't imagine how that place would survive being actually busy if the manager is that overwhelmed with a card not swiping...
Read moreJust an all around bad experience. Got to the drive thru and wanted to look at the menu because it isn't often that I go to Taco Bell. I was asked 4 TIMES if I needed help with something on the menu because they couldn't just be patient enough to let me look. There were NO cars behind me and there was no need to rush me. They asked me if I wanted sauce and I told them hot and mild. We go to the window and the very young male was in a complete panic, hollering at coworkers and barely acknowledging our existence. He quickly grabs my card and hurriedly shoves our food at us. Got home and there wasn't even a single pack of sauce in the entire bag, guess I'll be eating my taco bell dry. I also had to cut the quesadilla that only had marks in the middle (not even sure how you accomplish that) where it looked like someone just pressed a knife on it. Poor service, poor execution,...
