Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Brooksville

I placed my order on the phone, spoke to a person that didn't speak English very well. I was given the price. I went to pizza hut on Broad St. to pick up my order. Young lady comes out and asked for my name, she gives me a list of names I'm not on it. She said oh here it is that will be (different price from what person on phone told me). I said that's fine here's my money. I said what is my order? She told me something completely different from what I ordered. Next I guess it was the manager came out and explained the price difference. I said so tell me what I ordered again something totally different. He takes my order and goes inside. Now he comes out and said the call center messed up so we're not charging you tonight. I'm happy about free pizza but come on I'm now here 45 minutes because somebody can't do...

Let me start with, i love the food. aleays good. Here are my problems. Signed up online and cant ever log in. Might be my fault. Get sent deals in email that are worthless. I can get 20% off of anything regular price. Well considering that your "deals" are more like 40% off then that just makes no sense. When i clicked on the deal to check it out, it has stuck in there now. I cant get rid of it. Everytime i click on a deal it says can't be combined. Do i have to format my phone and install a new operating system to get rid of it? So i type in all my info and goto check out and see if i can get rid of it there. "oops, you haveing nothing in your cart so we erased all the info you just entered so you can start all over...

Ordered on the phone, asked for available specials and I agreed to go with the big box for 25.00. Was asked if I wanted boneless or regular wings and if I wanted cheese on the bread that came with the pizza.i asked if there was a difference in price and was told no so went with boneless and cheese. They gave me a total of 25 dollars and 20 minutes to pick up. I get there and my bill is 35 dollars. Apparently I added boneless and cheese to my order. Manager refuse to fix it, said they have an answering service and they are not responsible if the customer is quoted something different. She said she couldn't do anything. So I'm posting this for others, be prepared to be Scammed at the Hut !
