This office has, on multiple occasions, failed to submit referrals in a timely manner, if at all, causing great inconvenience.
The first one was a referral that Rachel Kronig was supposed to submit for my son to be able to get ADHD meds. When I reached out about it, their staff said it was not submitted. I said it was supposed to have been submitted months ago. Rachel then defensively replies that she was waiting for me to give them my medical records. It was their office's responsibility to obtain those, that's why we have consent forms.
The second instance was yet again a referral that was supposed to be submitted by Rachel Kronig 6 months prior. This time it was for my son's cardiology appointment we waited for almost 6 months to get at the children's hospital. We get a call from the children's hospital a week before the appointment saying that we actually don't have authorization from my insurance yet. I called Kronig's office and yes they were able to see that it was on the notes that my son needed a referral to cardiology but it was never submitted. One of the people I spoke to said that they sent the paperwork to the children's hospital. They didn't seem to understand that they were supposed to submit the referral to my insurance. I had to explain to them what to do. They said they will message Kronig to get it done the following day. The following day came and went and nothing was done. Two days later I was still frustratedly begging people to do their jobs. We almost had my child's cardiology appointment cancelled because of this office's irresponsibility.
The final straw was, yet again, a missing referral. This time it's for me. I was supposed to have a referral for a specialist/surgeon as discussed in November. It is now April. They said they submitted it but my insurance never received it. 2 weeks ago by and I still have not received any updates from their office whatsoever.
I have switched to a different provider. I hope something can be done so that other patients won't have to go through the hassle my family has gone through with...
Read moreAfter my first visit here, in hopes of procuring a new PCP after moving here from out of state, I have since gone elsewhere and connected with a practice that has its act together.
For one, I had to ask multiple times about both the flu and covid vaccine. Each nurse look confused and said they'd ask or that someone else would do it. Eventually, I got the flu vaccine but they were out of covid vaccines. I can't fault them for the latter but it nobody there had a clue or seemed interested in taking ownership.
Likewise, I had to ask multiple times about getting records transferred. I was told I would be given paperwork. I was not given paperwork. Despite my questions, nobody had resolved this for me before I left.
My visit with the doctor was disappointing. I didn't feel heard, nor did I feel my concerns were given merit. After many years of chronic health issues, I'm not interested in a patient doctor relationship where I need to interpret derisive snorts when describing documented spinal health problems or joint problems that have persisted over 30 years.
All in all, it was like a drive through practice. I want a sit down meal, not the fast...
Read moreI was highly disappointed with the service I received when I visited for my appointment this week. I had an appointment for Wednesday with GI symptoms. I had to call out of work a few days prior and my boss recommended that I contact dispatch health prior to Wednesday. I was given medicine and an IV. The doctors described that my symptoms did not seem covid like and that I should consult UCHealth as planned on Wednesday where they could take a stool sample and determine the cause for my nausea. When I arrived for my appointment Dr. Roberts checked my breathing and heart rate and told me to stop taking what the previous doctors gave me and just get over it. I stopped taking the meds and became violently ill. I called UCHealth to consult, the doctor didn't have availability for me until February, so I waited on hold for 30 minutes for an RN to tell me to go to the ER. I have tested negative for COVID and they wanted to pass me over to the ER. This office did nothing for me and made me feel guilty for coming into the office when I didn't feel well and...
