Read moreThis is the greatest breakfast establishment I've ever been to, ever. Almost all of the foods have extremely healthy options. Not overly sweetened, not overly seasoned. All of the staff is extremely nice. Like, everyone. All the servers are super kind. They do amazing. Very, very few times there are natural mistakes. Because it's a frickin' workplace. There's gonna be little mishaps. I worked in a restaurant. They literally go insanely above and beyond. They frickin' content the meal and give you a second look. Now, I'm kinda scared to say that because, you know, you can't go in expecting to, you know... Don't be a scammer. You should take advantage of that shit. But I've just been coming every day for a few weeks now. And they said that, you know, just because I'm a regular, they want to keep things positive. And, by God, they do. I love chatting to the busser, Jeremy. I love talking to the servers. Like, you know, there's so many... I don't want to start listing names and stuff. Because there's no favorites or anything. I'm obsessed with the Power Breakfast Quinoa Bowl. I get two extra eggs for about, like, $4.59. It makes the best curve ever for my blood glucose levels after like the meal. The quinoa is perfect. It's a huge serving. It's a whole cup. The kale is amazing in it. The tomato adds the perfect necessary sweetness. And the salt comes from the sausage. It's truly flawless. Never in my life would I ever order quinoa. Sounds like healthy poop. No thanks. But now, I've had it like every day, ten days in a row. And my god. This place is keeping me alive and keeping me in debt, eating out this much. But my god, the price isn't even bad either. Under 18 bucks for like a whole breakfast, that's awesome for someone from California lol. I will cherish this...
Read moreThis is my first time in Boulder, Colorado. For a Sunday Brunch, we looked at a few places, but everyone recommended First Watch. I can say that I can see why.
It's a little hard to find. We ended up at the Wendy's due to husband ignoring GPS. But it's the second right. It is nestled in the far corner. Parking was simple, but can get full. Some people parked on the next street over and walked across the border property.
The atmosphere is nice. The music is an awesome collection of a jazzy pop mix. The fact they played Seal's "Waiting For You" was a plus. 🤣
We ordered the Chickichanga and the Carnitas Breakfast. Excellent selections. No salt or pepper needed. The flavor was there and plentiful. Nice full plates. The fruit was a plus to the meal. Coffee, juices, brunch cocktail selection was (in the words of Jem) truly, truly, truly outrageous!
The Chickichanga was Lindsay's recommendation and worth it. A nice, fluffy egg wraps around tender chicken, spicy chorizo, avocado and other stuffing. The Carnitas was served on flat crispy tortillas with mixed greens, avocado, sunny side up eggs and pickled onions. Both dishes were delicious!
The pricing is moderate for brunch. My husband and I ate for a rounded up $39.
The service from Lindsay was wonderful! Everyone is friendly and patient.
I highly...
