Goodwill Store & Donation Center — Local services in Brown Deer

The prices have raised tremendously the items are literally donated(free) so to charge almost regular price is insane I couldn't believe it. I was shocked at how high the items are and then to have to pay for bags and being asked do you want to round up and donate at the register this location prices are high you might as well go to a regular store if goodwill is going to charge that much for items that are given to them people go to goodwill cause they may not be able to afford regular price not to pay so much so many people do not realize the less items are the more that will be purchased but I am sure this location doesn't care the staff/management aren't that friendly anyway no one speaks to you they will walk right pass you and say nothing no one seems happy at all nor do they greet you only when you get to the register and they ask you to donate and tell you the bag policy will be the only time they say anything to you go in you'll see they all...

Store is cleaner than MOST, stocked with the most decent quality items (rarely find damaged, or stained items). Staff are also very professional and high quality. This location is not the closest to me, but it is now the only one I go to. Prices vary from time to time, as different people with different pricing strengths are making these decisions, however, for the most part the pricing is appropriate. You are always going to find price stickers from a store, only to find the Goodwill sticker even higher...smh... But it is rare and I just ask politely for a 2nd consideration on price. OR if it is BUSY, I just pretend I did not see it. It is not that serious. Great store, over all. This is not a paid...

If it wasn't for the poor customer services i would give it a 5 Star. Very nice and clean place.. found some awesome things here, but please if you hate the workplace that much, there's alot of other place hiring.. I told the cashier that an item was accidentally rang up twice, he just deleted the item without even checking the bag and rolled his eyes at me.
