Dollar Tree — Local services in Brown Deer

Never have inventory, management and staff not friendly at all, close early, manager(tall with glasses) will shut down aisle if she has boxes and say this aisle closed like ma'am y'all already have nothing in here and it's not organized and very terrible attitude. They need management/staff training and they also never have helium they might as well don't sale balloons and some dollar tree staff shirts one young lady shirt was so dirty I couldn't even believe she was at work. This location need professional help on making it organized, clean and stocked. Management will see the long line all the way to the back of the store and not help employees, only one lane is always open. You will definitely see a sign on that dirty door and parking lot stating they have no helium or closed early sorry for the inconvenience like I am sure they can't get employees cause of the environment and how management conduct herself. The sign will read as followed we don't have singles, no cash back etc. Highly suggest some music being played...

Went in this store and my granddaughter asked the cashier where’s the 2026 Calendars and she told her in Stationary, she asked where’s Stationary? She replied, It’s Not in My Face 👀. It was a Customer there and heard what she said, she told my Granddaughter, come on I’ll show you where they are. My granddaughter came and told me what the cashier said. By the time I made it to the front she left the Register! Why are you being Rude to Child!! She’s Rude, Unprofessional and Disrespectful and Don’t need to be working there. I have reported this to Corporate and Still have Not heard from them. They need to do a Walk through this store and Clean and get Rid of these Rude Employees. I stopped in this store leaving the Doctors office. Sad to say, this is why some people don’t shop at certain stores. Never seen a Dollar Tree in worse shape. Trash all over the place. I counted 8 articles of trash during my 4 minute walk through the store. I counted 6 opened, half drank bottles of beverages. Also 1 Wendy's frosty sitting on the shelf near the the candy section. It was empty and seemed it had been there for more than a day or two. Disgusting. The cashier was scanning slower than the DMV and one of the other customers had to go ask the other worker that was sitting on her phone with airpods in to go open another register so the 5 of us in line didn't have to continue to needlessly wait.
