Sky Zone Brown Deer — Attraction in Brown Deer

Everything was perfect other then one person.. let me guess your wondering why this is a 3 star review if everything was perfect. Why did one person and who ruined it.. simply it was are sons 3rd birthday party we called in advance on everything monster trucks themed they said no pinatas they were fine with that we asked if we could use the monster truck pinata we had as a decoration. They said sure when my wife got there to set everything up one of the women mangers yelled at her saying i said no pinatas. My wife then said we were told we could use it as decoration. The manger just snuffed and said as long as no one hits it will be fine... awesome that will be fine we said thank you. And this is just the tip of the iceberg we asked about food bc we have a lot of people coming and the 4 pizza we got from them was just for the kids. So we asked before we even set everything up before we even made reservations can we bring food. We were told yes so i ended up getting food my wife ordered when we got there that same manager lady said you cant bring that in here im standing there dumbfounded bc i know we were told we could. The manger be hind her said its fine go ahead. So im thinking thank and then again same lady its fine for now just for future return we wont allow it. So im thinking to myself lady if this is how you treat your customers we never coming back...... in all honesty this should have been 5 out 5 but bc the one manager lady with poor customer service. In the end we will not be going back bc how you present yourself as a customer service is a big thing this lady did not seem nice friendly she just seemed rule oriented power hungry Karen... but then again...

My over all experience was very disappointing. The customer service we received was very unfriendly and unwilling to accommodate our group needs. Upon arrival we found out that the online waivers we completed were not received which caused us to take 30 mins to sign up. We then was told that the pizza And soda was not included in our package which was a miscommunication through emailing and not speaking to clarify over the phone . When I asked to add the pizza and sodas Jesse stated no! That they could do that we’d have to order individually from the food counter. Upon receiving our wristbands Jessie never clarified when our actually time started, with such a large group it took a while to put things in lockers and put on socks. After ordering food And jumping for maybe 25mins Jesse marched over and told us our time was up. We were all very disappointed with the lack of communication and consideration of our group size. Jesse was overly strict and unpleasant to deal with. At the time of retrieving our things from the locker several of the youth were unable to unlock their lockers. Again Jesse marched over with an unwilling attitude and made the youth feel very uncomfortable about getting there items. After redirecting her to only speak with the group leader we were able to get the items out of the locker and leave. I feel that if Jesse would have been more pleasant and communicated how to use locker, jump time and food process with our group upon arrival things would have went a lot smoother. Overall a waist of money and bad experience! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND... take your money where it’s...

So rock and jump is turning into skyzone and it's a horrible experience. Prices have trippled, $30 for 90 minutes. The location, space or equipment isn't good enough for the price increase or to compete as a sky zone. We came as they opened on 10/15/24 at 4pm. It cost me $64 for two jumpers. We could have gotten a monthly pass for $25 plus tax per child. However, you must charge it to a card as they will automatically deduct the amount from your bank account each month. Such a scam! The passes would have been for my nephews so I wouldn't have felt comfortable enough using my own card to purchase them. As the children played, they were switching over and building several arcade games in the middle of the floor. After asking the manager, he made a path to the back room. However, people continued to build in the middle as well as tools they were using sitting out which was such a hazard for my autistic daughter and my nephews. The big slide was missing which was one of my daughter's favorite attractions. If I could load a photo here I would. The place was a mess. So basically we got charged way more for way less and myself and another gentlemen were the only fools there. They are replacing free attractions with multiple arcade games that cost on top of the price increase. I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE!!!!! IT WAS DECENT FOR THE PRICE BEFOREHAND. NOW IT'S A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. IF IT WERE POSSIBLE, I WOULD HAVE CHOSEN NO STARS OR EVEN NEGATIVE STARS. BEEN HERE 100 TIMES BEFORE AND WON'T BE PURCHASING ANY FUTURE VISITS....
