I am writing this review out of sheer frustration and disappointment with the Brown Deer Culver’s location. Over the past seven years in Wisconsin, I have been a loyal fan of Culver’s, enjoying their delicious food and excellent service at various locations. However, my experience at the Brown Deer Culver’s has been consistently horrible. This is the third time I’ve visited this location, and once again, my order was completely messed up and missing items. It’s incredibly frustrating to leave a drive-thru only to find out that my meal is incomplete or wrong. It seems that every time I give this location another chance, they fail to meet even basic expectations. The staff at this Culver’s location clearly don’t care about their customers. The service is always slow and inattentive, and the employees seem uninterested in providing a positive dining experience. It shows in the quality of the food as well, which is often cold and poorly prepared. It’s evident that there is a lack of attention to detail and customer satisfaction. This is the only Culver’s location that I will never return to again. It’s a shame because I have always loved Culver’s, but the Brown Deer location has completely ruined my experience. If you’re looking for good food and service, I recommend avoiding this place at all costs. The employees are rude, and the food is far below the standard I’ve come to expect from Culver’s. Read moreThis location has the most unprofessional, rude and non customer service workers. Twice in one week and, terrible service both times. First time the male employee got a attitude as soon as I started ordering at the drive thru. My child was able to notice the quick change in his tone before I could even say anything. I was rushed and, due to him not listening to my order it still was incorrect. There was only one car in front of me that received their order and pulled off. I was then told to pull up which is standard but, not the long wait time. I waited extremely to long for a kids meals and chicken strips I didn't ask for! I then revisited just for some ice cream. Now a lady is taking my order who told me pull around for my total which I hate. I then pull up and she takes my card but doesn't tell me a total. When I asked for my total that I never received she then asked me what did I order!? (It wasn't multiple cars waiting to forget) She then quickly remembered (no one else was waiting to order) and started to ring it up as if she never put the order in and close the window. I then decided enough is enough and blew for my card back. All she had left to say was WHAT YOU DON'T WANT IT! I have worked in customer service as well as fast foods for years and it is really disheartening to know how much people don't care about themselves, others, and the lack of workmanship. Read moreI ordered two Double Deluxe Burgers and requested that both burgers have only lettuce and tomatoes on them. While waiting in the drive thru, I received my order and checked it in front of the person who delivered it and saw that it had cheese on it. He indicated that I needed to go inside to explain that the order was wrong and have it redone. When I went in to explain, a young man told me that "there was a better way to make my request." When I asked him to share with me the better way to make my request, he stated,"You're old enough, you figure it out" and stormed to the kitchen area. I then decided that I didn't want the order remade, I just wanted my money back. I asked to know who the owner was with no reply from multiple staff at the front counter. Then I asked if there was a manager available, and to my surprise, there were two standing right in front of me during this entire ordeal. I shared what the young man said to me, and none of the 4-5 people standing there, including the managers. claimed to have heard it. Instead, they just said it was a miscommunication and gave me a reluctant "sorry". It was the worst customer service, and I felt very disrespected by the young man and entire staff standing there.
