Do not go here to get ur jewelry repaired. Brought my gold nugget bracelet to get it repaired and at first they were only charging me 60 dollars. Two days later they called me saying it needed more work and the parts required were 30 each which was a total of 130 dollars. I told them ok just to have them call me 1 hour later telling me it needed another piece and it was gonna cost me 30 more. I simply told them not to do it and to return my bracelet and they said “okay”. I go to pick up that same day and at first they act confused like they had no idea who I was or anything about a bracelet when they have been blowing up my phone all day. The lady who helped me the first time told me she believed I said that I was okay with the price which I was up to the point where they switched it on me for the second time. And that there’s nothing we can do bc they already fixed it when I told them not to anymore. The manager comes out and explains the price to me which I would understand if they would have told me in the first place when I first brought it in. He started to be rude so was the lady who attended me and was charging me 130 to pick it up or he was gonna break it down and still charge me bc work was done to it. He was visibly irritated for a mistake that him and his employee made and in which he threw my bracelet into the bag out of frustration. I understand the work that was made but you can’t switch the prices on the customer more so lie to them telling them that they wanted to continue with fixing of the bracelet when i specifically and they agreed on it on not to fix it and I was to come and pick it up....

DO NOT GET YOUR JEWELRY REPAIRED HERE! I needed a necklace repair and when I went to pick it up I was putting it on and it broke again. Then said they were going to charge me again even though the repair was terrible and literally broke in front of them . 10kt gold is very durable I’ve dealt with jewelry for years, but these people don’t know how to repair jewelry correctly. Please don’t take my word for it either read their other reviews I’m not the only one they have screwed over. I wish I read the reviews before coming. If I could give 0 stars I would. The ladies will also gaslight you if you try and say anything about it being their fault. Terrible customer service. Terrible repairs....

This jewelry store is a rip-off. My boyfriend took his gold nugget bracelet in for a simple repair, initially quoted at $60. The store repeatedly changed the price, adding extra charges until it reached $130, then $30 more.
