I love the Home Depot their products and prices the only problem is every single time I visit the one in Brownsville by Morrison you get a horrible customer service I mean they even give you attitude just because you're asking for it the product Maybe they point and say it's that way you asked him to take you there or at least point that out to you so that you know you're not running around the store all day they give you attitude and it's not all of them but I say a good 90% of them including the manager today I visit and things were not in their perspective places there for the prices were mixed up I asked him to honor the price that showed on the actual label and one of the cashiers just render me completely baffled due to her bad attitude like if the money was coming out of her pocket I don't ask for discipline I ask that corporates teaches their employees on how to Value their customers more because that is what they...
Read moreHorrible store experience. I wish I could rate below a star, they deserve it. I was attempting to purchase a washer and dryer on display and for a good price at the North Brownsville store. I wanted them to sell the item on display or to give me a rain check until item becomes available but store policy does not allow this and they will NOT accomodate the consumer. I spoke to the corporate consumer line and they just pretend to hear you out and promptly tell you they will "pass on" your concern. I don't understand why Home Depot displays items for sale that they cannot sell....defeats the purpose. Needless to say, this is as much as I will be able to do, but I thought I would share my...

Instead of using basic compassion or even common sense and trying to locate the owner (especially since there are intercom systems in the store), the employee shooed the dog out of the building. They didn’t make an announcement. They didn’t try to contain the dog safely. They just sent a small chihuahua out into the heat where it’s now missing.
This lack of empathy and responsibility is unacceptable. The dog could be suffering in the heat or worse. All of this could have been avoided with a simple announcement or effort to help.
Home Depot needs to train its employees on how to respond humanely and responsibly in situations like...
