Merrymeeting Plaza — Local services in Brunswick

Merrymeeting Plaza is nice and big. If you need to do grocery shopping, Shaw's is the way to go 👍. Their customer service is good and the employees are overall nice and friendly 🙂. They also like to keep things neat and tidy. We showed up to get ice and drinks, we got the drinks but also got to have a cashier and a manager look over our IDs because they are out of state and looked "suspect" after finally oking our sale (10 minuets of review later) they then refused to sell us ice because "the powers out" . I went to the grocery store - SHAWS. Plenty of good meat and produce. Clean bathrooms. They don't EVER seem to have enough cashiers working. I have seen employees arguing with customers b/c the customer kindly asked that their groceries not be shoved in the bag but placed there with some awareness for what should be on the bottom etc. There is plenty of parking.
