I spent $150 in here and came back to exchange a bralette that didn’t fit but because there was a little spot of makeup on the sleeve from where I tried it on they wouldn’t let me exchange it. She said they wouldn’t be able to resell it which means they resell returned clothing as long as it’s barely used. All I wanted to do was exchange it for another one that fit and I was also planning on buying more clothes. I know one customer won’t make a difference because other people will still shop here but I’ve been in retail for 10 years and have never seen a store not want to make a customer happy. I won’t be returning.
And in response to the owner below: There was not self tanner on the “inside of both arms.” There was a spot of bronzer from where I tried it on. You could still clearly tell that it hadn’t been worn. All I wanted to do was exchange it because it doesn’t have any support. I can read what’s “clearly stated” on my receipt but I think you would, being a business owner, prefer making a customer happy instead of leaving bad impression.
