Today had to be the worst experience I have ever had at Cindie's. At first, things were normal as they can be, but shortly after my wife goes to try on a corset, things took a sharp turn. Since the wife was in the dressing room, I thought it would be cool to find some lingerie that she might think is cute. I was asked three times in the span of 5 minutes if I could be helped with the most condescending eyes. Then after handing the garments to the rep to give to the wife, who is still in the changing room, I went to look at the beard oil. I not only have one CSR but two now following me around. The entire time I am in the store they made me feel very uncomfortable. They did not stop the behavior until after check out. We used to frequent the store at least twice a quarter, but not anymore....

Had the absolute worst experience with customer service here. I am 5’1” and weigh 105 lbs and I had my 1 year old twins with me to help my bestie pick out outfits for her boudoir shoot. I was told to walk around the store I would need to carry them both. No strollers allowed. No exceptions. They weigh 20lbs each. After apologizing for not knowing their policy the “manager” didn’t even respond to me. She proceeded to tell her coworker that only infants are actually allowed in the store. So I stood at the front of the store with my babies in their stroller being perfect angels. ABSOLUTELY unnecessary. I’m not bringing a 3, 4 or 5 year old who knows what is in the store. Lost a big sale today. I love the perfume they sell here. Moms still deserve to shop for...

First timer!! The ladies at Cindies love there job (in my opinion). The store was clean and nicely organized. They were 2 young ladies, Kendra and one other. They absolutely extremely helpful andI knowledgeable. Me, my partner and girlfriend had a lot of questions and they ladies know what they were talking about and knew what they were selling. I always say this but I love employees who know there job and what they are selling. They had great recommendations and we made a few purchases and very excited. Definitely recommend and will definitely be back....
