Farmhouse Frozen Yogurt, Bryan, Texas — Local services in Bryan

We just went there last night wow has this place changed from when they first opened it was very very dirty 😳 like every part of the store was dirty!! So much clutter in the hallway and bathrooms were nasty and like others said half the flavors we're out and as for toppings they were old you could tell been sitting out for some time gummies we're pretty hard only two fruits to choose from frozen strawberries and I believe mangoes (couldn't really make out the flavor been sitting to long) when i asked the female employee about the fruit she said those are the only fruits in season really these fruits we're frozen solid goodness!!Krogers is right next door I'm sure they sell some fresh fruits you could buy for your customers!! The nuts and almonds I put on my yogurt was so old it was gross 😝 first bite my yogurt went in the trash along with my husband's and son's. My sons 5 years old and he throw his away all by himself said it was yucky now thats saying something for a child to throw his own yogurt away!!!! what a waste of time and money we had to throw all our yogurt in the trash every thing tasted old and nasty.. Will Never go Back!! This place needs some Serious attention if they want to stay in business!! Employee was sitting behind the counter and on her phone maybe she should be...

Normally I don't leave negative reviews, unless something really stands out.

Because of COVID, all the staff were wearing gloves and serving the yogurt and toppings for the customers. I was perfectly fine with this, except for the fact that one of the employees wore the same pair of gloves to touch the bowls, topping spoons and toppings, customer credit cards and cash, inside and outside door handle, and to scratch his/her face. (I don't want to single anyone out, so I won't mention who it was.) It makes me think this person may have worn the same pair of gloves for their whole shift.

As someone who works in health care, I am highly trained in the proper use of gloves for prevention of cross-contamination. Just because your hands are covered, does not mean you are protected. In fact, gloves can be even more contaminated than bare hands when not used properly.

However... The staff was friendly. The farmhouse decor was neat. Overall, it is your typical yogurt shop. I hate to give it a bad review just for that one thing, but it is something that is very important to me. If I ever go back, I hope this concern will be fixed and I will...

WAS super excited to try this place out because it looked cute and it wasn’t far from where we were staying… As soon as we walked in, I noticed the employee was on her phone and didnt even look up to acknowledge that we had walked in. I looked past that… (I get it.. we have teenagers) but as we were checking out, she not once made eye contact, or even acted as if she enjoyed her job.. In fact, it was almost as if we were a burden for even coming into the establishment… minus that experience- The environment is super cute and the bathrooms were clean!
