Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Bryan

I would have to say that this was without a doubt the worst experience I have ever had with a fast food restaurant EVER… Everything was fine until they had me pull around front (that’s fine I know they have a timer they are trying to keep down) but I get around the corner and two other cars are waiting finally getting parked I notice everyone’s pretty annoyed in their cars and I soon figure out why. Everyone is having to send their food back due to orders being incorrect. Bless that poor lady having to run food in and out to everyone, she was earning her paycheck today. I was exhausted just watching her. I prepared myself to have my order wrong so I just checked my food once it came out (had about a 10 min wait) and burger was wrong. Lady wanted to take the burger back and throw it away however I know that technically they are not allowed to have food handed back to them that has already been served so I let the lady know that I will be keeping the burger and will wait for the correct order. About 5 more minutes go by and they bring out the next burger also incorrect I let the runner know and put the burger back in the bag because I have waited for my correct order and have not revived it… Well let me tell you the “manager” was pissed… I have air quotes around manager because when I tell you that this little Asian lady mush have been having the day from hell that is no joke. She comes out ready for a fight and tells me that I need to giver her the burgers that are wrong because “you already have two free burgers I’m not gonna make you another one until you give one back” to which I replied that it was not my fault that my order has been wrong twice already… That did not go over well as she then proceeded TO REACH INTO MY CAR AND SNATCH THE BAG OFF OF MY PASSENGER SEAT… I reacted to this by grabbing the bag back and yelling at her to do not reach into my car again. She threatened to call the cops and high I told her to go ahead ( could I have just sucked it up and left, probably but damn I’ve never been put in a situation like this) no the costumer is not always right because their are costumers who are a$$hols I wasn’t even upset that I was waiting I just wanted the correct order… well about 5 minutes after that convo the runner comes up to my car and apologizes for something thats not her fault and I giver her one of the incorrect burgers and I finally get my proper order… what an...

This is hands down the worst Jack-in-the-Box in the entire town and when I think about it I can't think of a worse fast food joint in the entire town either.

If you come here you have a solid 90% chance at least of getting your item cooked in the microwave. The chicken sandwiches here are soaked to the wrapper in water from being microwaved. The burgers have almost no taste after being radiated in the microwave. The regular fries are old, only warm from an old heat lamp, and shriveled. The employee have an attitude every single time. They try to upsell you on curly fries, if you want cheese, and the size of your order every single time. You can not say "I want a number 4 with a coke". They will be mad because of that. You have to say I want a number 4, medium, regular fries, with a coke then just cross your fingers and hope they could keep up with that. Seriously? Saying medium and regular fries are both you dodging a hidden fee and you shouldn't have to do that or be annoyed by the bad attitude employee every single time. If there was any other burger place besides Freddie's on this side of the highway this jack in the box would be out of business and they take their location for...

Usually I have a very pleasant experience. However since they rebuilt it not so much... This morning I went to get my daughter some fries.. Well I decided to get some nuggets and a chicken burger too. Well I asked for no tomoatos and was given tomatoes. Ok no problem those can be removed. What really upset me was the lady in the drive thru asks me to pull up. Yes ma'am no problems. I pull up. I wait for like 3 minutes and this older shortish oriental woman came out and yelled at me to move. I said yes ma'am I just went to where I was told to go. She proceded to raise her voice at me with 2 babies in the car. I ignored her and pulled up to the front doors. Hoping someone else would bring my food. Except It was her. So when she handed me my food I told her all she had to do was ask instead of being rude and yelling at me to move! She proceded to yell some more. I didnt want to leave a bad review however they left me no choice. They didn't even give me a receipt so I couldn't...
