Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Bryan

My husband and I wanted to try something new for coffee other then Starbucks when we were on a road trip with the kids and we had heard about Dutch Bros but never been. The lady who took our order was very sweet and knowledgeable giving us all kinds of options and taking her time with us since it was our first time to this establishment. After we ordered, the employees at the window were polite and even wiped our cups to get any dripping off so the cups were clean when they gave them to us. There was so much to choose from lots of options for iced, blended, or hot. I ended up getting the blended chai frap white zombie style and my husband got the i think the double torture with Carmel and the kiddos got vanilla shakes. The drinks were AMAZING! This was perfect side stop place for a refreshing drink and the prices were so reasonable compared to Starbucks. Definitely prefer this coffee place to Starbucks for drinks and will be going to the...

I want to give it 3½ stars. I had never heard of Dutch Bros, and for those in the same boat, you'll hear it described as a coffee shop, but it's really more like if Sonic's drinks menu got spun off as a separate chain. The drinks are quite good, and reasonably priced (if you consider Starbucks prices reasonable), and the place appears to staffed entirely by 16 year-old cheerleaders (though before you worry, this doesn't give it a Hooters vibe, but rather a church car wash vibe, everyone chipper as hell and happy to be there). The only reason I want to knock off 1½ stars is because there is no complete menu posted anywhere, not in the drive-thru, not on the building itself, not anywhere. Download their app and you can see the entire menu, but still with no prices (!?!)... To see the entire menu with prices, you have to Google it from a third party which may or may not be current, and anyway...

I was driving home and keeping Google Maps looking for coffee shops. I saw Dutch Bros had a 4.8 rating so I just had to check it out. It is drive through or walkup only. The drive through has two lines that converge into one at the building so get in the shortest line.

I didn't know what to order and decided on the Caramelizer frozen. That drink did not disappoint and my only regret was that I ordered a small. 😂 This was the best coffee that I have had in a long time.

I will definitely be back and this will be a deciding factor on my route to drive from Louisiana to Utopia, Texas.
