I spend about $100 or more here each week. I came in and purchased an item the clerk Fabian recommended and within about 24 hours it stopped working (yes I tested in the store, it didn’t stop working until after almost a day of having it, but they were closed when it stopped working and closed before work, so I came immediately after). When researching, it says the battery is truly dead and that charging it won’t fix the issue. I came in about 3 hours past the 24 hour mark with the receipt and box and full item, and they refused to issue a refund or exchange. They lost a customer that spends a ton of money between their locations as proved by my 5star account.
