I noticed a while ago my diamond was loose on my engagement ring, l I sent it back to the original company to have it fixed and it did NOT get fixed what so ever… it was a total failure. After doing some research I decided to check out Perez Jewelers in downtown Bryan! It took about a week for Erik to fix my ring and it looks incredible!!! I couldn’t be happier with the results and quality of his craftsmanship! The price was very reasonable as well for the amount of work he ended up having to do to fix my ring! I also was super happy with how he explained everything to me/ even showed me exactly what he was seeing with his magnifying equipment. I never felt I was in the dark or unable to understand the process. I can truthfully it looks better than when i originally got it from all angles! I had my ring upgraded w/a new center stone by a store in San Antonio where I live a few years ago. The work done wasn’t quality & less than 3 years later, I had prongs breaking and my diamonds exposed/could have fallen out & been lost. After a recommendation to send it to Erik, I did & Im so very happy with the work! He is the one that actually does the work on your jewelry so he asks you a lot of questions about design options. He wants to understand what you want out of your piece. He has so much attention to detail. He was reasonable too. I was so upset to have to spend any more money on my ring in such a short time after what I spent here in SA. But Erik fixed things that had always been an issue with my ring so it’s finally the way Ive always wanted it. He communicated with me every step of the way. OMG! I found my mom's very first engagement/wedding ring my dad gave to her in 1958 in some of my mom's costume jewelry. I am so thankful it had not been thrown away. My husband met Erik at 1 Million Cups-Bryan College Station and made an appointment for us to take my mom's wedding ring to him. My parents had taken the primary diamond out and had put it in another set later in their marriage. Erik built new prongs, put in a gorgeous new diamond and strengthened the band to resize for me.
