Wild Bill's Tobacco — Local services in Bryan

This store has an outstanding selection of cigars. I can't speak to the quality of the vape materials, since I don't do that, but I'm sure it's great as well. A lot of the other tobacco stores in the area have an "okay" humidor at best; usually I have to go to Toledo or Fort Wayne if I want a quality cigar. That's not the case anymore-- I can come to Wild Bill's and Bryan and get a great cigar at a fair price. Since u charged over to wild bill's your inventory qualitys have gone down. The common cigarettes qualitys are to low. I came in on the 22 of November to get 1 carton of marlboro light 72s and I was told for the 2nd time in November that u were out again. That is twice and now I will no longer waste my time with your store again. Now I need to find another place to get my cigarettes and lighter fluid and flints and cigars. I hope you get better or u won't last long...

So I come in several times a month and I've never experienced better customer service than at this wild bills location via all employees here, for the last 3 years solid. Juan is amazing at caring for customers and getting things I want in stock and staying stocked. They always greet me when I walk in and I've developed a relationship with each employee to work there.
