Sharks Fish and Chicken — Restaurant in Bryant

African American lady at the register answered the phone & was taking my order, & I asked her to hold on for one sec when she asked me did I want anything else (I was asking the people around me was there anything else to add). About 10 seconds passed, and she said “hello” to make sure I was still there, I answered her and she hung up. I called back immediately and finished my order over the phone! I walked in to pick up my food, I said “pick up order for Khrissy.” She obviously didn’t write that down because she said, “what was it?” And then she asked did I want ketchup and hot sauce, I said no then I said “well let me get hot sauce.” Did she put hot sauce in my bag? NO! Then she answered the phone and was taking another order and handed me a styrofoam cup, and said this is for your Coke. I never ordered a Coke so I had to remind her I had a strawberry lemonade which she had to make behind the counter. Anyway the food was nasty, shrimp was bland, fries were hard, and that lady does NOT need to be at the register working with that poor customer service! Worst sharks...

This was my first visit. Small, quaint dining area. It was fairly clean. We ordered the lunch special at the walk-up counter. The lady at the counter seemed very disinterested & was sitting on a stool enthralled with her phone. $7.49 for 1 catfish fillet & 2 sides. An extra fillet is $3.50. Upgrade on sides was $1.50 for okra and $1 for corn nuggets. Fountain drink was $1.99. The soda in the fountain was flat and watery. Lunch for 1 with tax was $17.03. The wait was a little long considering we were the only 2 people in the restaurant. All our food was really hot and fresh though. Excellent flavor! Just very small portions and any extras too expensive. The slaw was runny. Expected hush puppies for bread, but got a slice of plain white bread instead. 😔 All the ketchup bottles on the table were really dirty & squished to empty. The bathroom needed tending to. I’m not the type to leave a review especially for bad service! This has by far been the worst experience in 10+ yrs of me eating at any sharks. I order a 9 half wing meal on my break. Which I was told would be 10 mins it took me 15 mins to get there leaving me with 15 mins to make it back to work, but I still had to wait another 15 mins to get my food when there was only one other person in there? I asked for my wings to be crispy and they were actually undercooked. Then they had the worst taste even the hot sauce tasted weird I couldn’t eat nothing but the fry’s and barley that because they were mushy. I am very livid that I wasted my break getting this and I tried to call the store and got no answer at all. I would like my food remade but I’m almost scared of that.
