Their kolache are some of the best I’ve had. We had the regular and the jalapeño, and their bread was very soft and light delicious. The donut holes were good. Their glaze was a little sweeter than normal but still good. We had a raspberry filled donut, too. I personally didn’t love it because it was like a pie filling instead of a jam so it was too sweet for me, but I think other people would like it. I sampled the ham cheese and egg croissant and it was very good and the croissant was light

The person at the window was friendly and we went through the drive-through so I don’t know how the atmosphere is inside it was...

Tried this Shipley's 3 times. 1st: Ordered Sausage biscuits, they were at least a day old and had been reheated in a microwave. Horrible, burnt, and rock hard.

2nd: Picked up donuts at 8am and when I got them to the office they were at least a day old.

3rd: Pick up Donuts one last time for office and they were extremely hard, old, and nasty.

We love the Shipley's on Geyer Springs in Little Rock, but we will never ever go back to this terrible Donut shop. ...

This place has Bad service !!!! The worse donuts shops in Arkansas, I wouldn’t recommend to anyone they make u wait long hours for donuts the lady yells at you and at workers and even if u pay online they act like they don’t know what’s going on and doesn’t help you and ignore u . The lady is very rude !! She throw old donuts in the case and they was cold and wasn’t fresh after waiting long hours . And none of them speakers English...
