This place is a jewel of Buckhannon. Come here to step back in time and appreciate what Dairy Queen was about from the start. The owner is out almost daily ensuring the building and surrounding areas are clean and kept fresh.

This is a walk up only establishment with outside seating surrounding the tiny, yet fantastically retro, building. Order at one window, pick up at the other. It is Dairy Queen Ice Cream; nothing like a cone of the soft serve to flood the mind with summer childhood memories or to create new ones for your own children. They do not serve hamburgers or all the other items at a full restaurant. This place is for ice cream, blizzards, smoothies, flavored ice drinks, etc.
