However the store manager or at least he acted like a store manager. If he is a store manager pretty bad customer service skills. He was completely non-customer service oriented did not want to have an actual conversation with me. It was like he wanted nothing to do with me, did not want to hear what I had to say, did not stop kept on walking. I had to follow him to have a conversation with him. When I did say something to him about what I wanted to order online he quickly and I mean quickly replied “when the order comes in I will just hit cancel and then he kept on walking Pretty arrogant manager that you have in your Buford store. I think he was more worried about his store looking pretty or something inventory related who knows.
I wanted to come in and spend money something that I was looking for a very long time for a specific product that no other retail store has.
I’ll find it at one of your other stores, better yet, now that I know who makes it I’ll go shop by brand and see what other stores carry it! But, I’ll never shop at the store ever again! If I have the opportunity to put a review on Google I’m going to, and I’m going to put this review on there with one star!!

Read moreI recently purchased a multiple power outlet from this store, but unfortunately, the product had issues. I returned to the store to request a return or exchange, expecting a straightforward resolution. Instead, I was met with extremely poor service from the store manager called “Mary” - I need to highlight that this lady is the worst manager I had to deal with.
Her attitude was unprofessional, rude, and dismissive throughout the interaction. She refused to process the return, claiming there were "new policies" in place that prevented her from accepting the product because it had been opened. However, she failed to explain what these policies were or provide any documentation or signage stating such changes.
What was even more frustrating was the complete lack of effort to offer any alternative solutions or assistance. The experience left me feeling unheard and disrespected as a customer.

I have only gone to Big Lots here and there for a few decorations or small items for my house; however, recently I needed new furniture and heard that Big Lots was a good store to get a good price for what is needed. On Tuesday, I went to get a new mattress. The furniture worker, I heard his name is Flow, he helped me excellently to get the mattress and helped us buy it and put it on the truck in less than hour. I then called that Saturday to see about getting couches and the worker, Flow, remembered my name and helped me to see if they had the couch I had i looked at when I was there for the mattress and put our couches with our name on the back so we had them when we got there. He remembered my name and helped us get the couch. The workers there helped us buy the couches that Saturday, helped us pack the cars and make sure we bought it so quickly and have the correct amount of the couches.
