Bojangles — Restaurant in Buford

Normally I love this place. But today it wasn’t that great. One I had to repeat myself multiple times when making the order. And asked the guy if he would please repeat the order. He repeated the order and told me to drive up to window for the amount I had to pay. I drove up to the window and the girl reads my order and it completely wrong. I re did my order and handed her my card. She then asks me to pull up to the door and they would bring me my order. I didn’t think much of it. They probably just need to cook something. But then I noticed car after car pulling away from the window with tailgate boxes just like I had ordered. I was very confused. My fiancé told me they probably just had to make something we had that they didn’t. Well the girl walks out after 15 minutes and hands me the bag and says we are just waiting on the tea it should take 1-2 minutes. I said ok and thank you. A different girl come out a few minutes later and and hands me the tea. I hand it to my fiancé who is holding the bag in his lap and he puts the tea down in the floor board. I drive off but as I pull out and get to a light he adjusted the bag and there was icing all over his lap from the bottom of the bag. Him being super upset gets out of the car once we get to the house goes in side to change. I get out and notice there is also icing on the side of my car where the bag had hit when she handed me the bag. I tried to keep a positive attitude and said they probably didn’t realize it was there. But I lost that positive outlook when I got inside and the food was cold. Not warm but cold. They had also crammed all of the chicken and all of the biscuits into a small box to where they used biscuit stickers to try and hold it shut. What made it worse was the bottom of the box was pretty much Soaked from what I’m assuming was grease. To say I am highly disappointed in this place is an understatement. It was not worth the $23 spent and I definitely will say I won’t go back to this...

TODAY I VISITED FOR LUNCH LEFT MY CARD. IDK HOW!! HOWEVER WHEN I RETURN THE GUY WHO TOOK MY CARD GREET ME WITH WHATS GOING ON. HE PROCEEDED TO GRAB GLOVES AS IF MY FOOD WAS WRONG. THEN WHEN MY FRIEND SAID YOU DIDNT GIVE HER HER CARD BACK HE STATED OH YEAH AND WENT BACK TO GET CARD. I ASKED SO YOU KNEW WHAT WE CAME FOR AND PRETEND YOU DIDNT??? OH BABY WE ALMOST CAME TO BLOWS IN THAT ESTABLISHMENT. ALL BECUASE HE GOT UPSET ANG STATED I LEFT MY CARD. NO SIR WE BOTH MESSED UP I SHOULDVE PAID BETTER ATTENTION AND YOU SHOULDVE GAVE IT BACK BEFORE YOU EVEN GAVE ME THE FOOD. I ASKED FOR THE MANAGER. HE SAID HE WAS THE MANAGER!! THAT I CAN GET OUT THE STORE. MIND YOU I ASKED FOR MY CARD AND RECEIPT. HE BALLED UP THE PAPER AND SAID I CAN GET OUT. IT GOT SO BAD THAT HE WALKED UP AS IF HE WAS READY TO FIGHT A FEMALE. I VISIT HERE A LOT DUE TO MY JOB IS CLOSE BY. HES BEEN VERBAL WITH MY FRIEND NUMEROUS OF TIMES AND I ALWAYS WOULD TELL HER TO CHILL HES PROBALY HAVING A BAD DAY BUT TO DAY WAS JUST OVER BROAD AS A "MANAGER". HE WAS SO AGRESSIVE NEVER ONCE SAYING HE MESSED UP OR NOTHING. I WAS TOLD BRANDON WAS THE GM I WANTED TO WAIT FOR BRANDON HOWEVER MY BREAK WAS UP. THEN WOULD IT EVEN BE ACTION BEHIND HIS ACTIONS ALSO HE TOLD ME HE COULDNT GIVE ME A REFUND BECAUSE I HAD TO WAIT ON GMBRANDON. HOWEVER LYNDSY CAME THROUGH AND GAVE A REFUND AND FRESH FOOD HOWEVER IM VERY DISPLEASED WITH HIS ACTION. FAST FOOD JOB IS...

This location works mainly in breakfast, as this is the only time they're busy. I have drove by multiple times in the evening and its line a ghost store.

If knowing the Buford, Ga area you know everything is super busy in the evenings and especially on weekends. Though not this place.

I thought I would give it a shot the other night around 7 pm, but I really wish I hadnt. My wife and I ordered the 8pc tailgate meal. The servers were laughing when answering the drive thru which I should have took as a sign of bad business yet we still pushed forward. Once reaching the window it took a few mins but the food was still prompt.

The chicken was very dry and tough, you could tell it had been kept in a warmer for a long time. The biscuits were also tough and dry.
