Tried to call all week long multiple times a day and then finally just decided to book an appointment online with Chloe, and when I showed up the entire place was dark and empty. Called the number and Chloe the owner finally answered and said they don’t use the online booking anymore and that I had to DM her directly if I wanted an appointment because she lives over 4 hours away. She also said that 6 girls should be there working but they were probably all out on a break?? When I told her I tried to call all week she was very rude and didn’t apologize once. Didn’t give a reason why it still allows you to book the through the website when that’s actually not how they take appointments. Was going out of town the very next day so I had to go somewhere else due to her poor management skills. Would definitely not recommend because of Chloe. I have recently taken 2 of Chloe’s classes she has to offer, threading and henna and also ombré powder brows! Both classes were so much fun, jammed packed with knowledgeable information, tips and tricks to help you along the way. Chloe provided us with amazing kits filled with the best products and a machine so that we are completely ready to work when we are done!!! She really takes the time and goes through every step of the process including biohazards, sanitation and cleanliness which is so important. I loved that her classes allow you to work on a live model before you are certified. I learned a lot by Being in the real situation and with her right over my shoulder for help I felt confident to do my first set of ombre powder brows! This place is nothing but a rip off. The service is horrible. I made an appointment and was told I needed to put a deposit of 100. I was also told if I failed to keep the appointment and did not call two days prior I would forfeit that 100, which I thought was fair. My appointment was on the 21st of September, I walked in to explain I was going to be out of town for work that day could I reschedule, I was told I would have to pay another 100. Deposit. I was never told or did I sign anything that explained that to me, or I would never set up an appointment.
