Well 2 times now they have but new tube in my 4" wide fat tire bike and leaks at bottim of valve stem last time my bike fell opposite side of my kickstand had to get new shifter as it broke my lever when it fell. So I have had 4 short rides no issues. This morning went for short ride parked my bike just walk out to another flat and they say it's not there problem and tried to tell me they install 100 tubes a week no issues so thats a lie. What bike shop installs 100 tubes a week unless it's the tubes they put in my bike. So they refuse to take responsability and admit they have a batch of defective tubes. Read moreAs you can see , the gouge's are in the exact area where the bike is held to remove rear tire. 2 of the four hold pins on the sprocket protector were broke off and it is now loose making noise. My bike has been in storage for years , nothing was wrong when I dropped it off to rad . I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone , if you do use them , take pictures ! Just to be clear , I in fact went back and of course everything was denied. His prices are great but over the last 2 years of me shopping there for many types of tubes (20" , 24" , and 26" ) Some seem to not last long . About a year ago I bought 2 20" tubes that neither would pump up I bought a whole new pump and as I was frustrated I returned the pump and never tried to return the tubes because I thought he wouldn't believe me .
