Where to start... 11:30AM Alright, first, the front door is broken, not a big deal but it started to add up once I got inside. There isn't really any clear way to tell where to place an order, so after being ignored for several minutes (seems to be a Panda thing), I walked up to the register because there was a little action there. I began to explain what I was wanting to order and the woman pointed to the other side of the counter, twords the corner of the store, "that's where you place orders". She did however ring me up when I explained that I rarely eat at Panda and had no idea what the process was. She told me we were going to wait for fresh honest walnut shrimp, so I took a seat in the dining room. As I sat down, my arm hits a sticky table. I looked around and all the tables were dirty. I noticed the floor was quite sandy/dirty and there were small pieces of trash, well, everywhere... As I am noticing all this she immediately brings me a bag of food, and I just knew I got the half order of old food. Yep. Soggy. Greasy. 😒 The fried rice was flavorless and look like plain white rice with a tiny bit of color. There were barely any traces of fried eggs, but there were PLENTY OF CARROTS AND PEAS!!! Read moreFood portions have went down.. alot.. plates are smaller.. spoon to serve is smaller.. the holes your food sit in are smaller at the bottom.. so you get less food.. come on ANDREW.. my dad used it work for corporate for decades, he was with you in the 90s until about 2017 I believe.. he retired.. we loved Panda and all the express and the first Panda Inn too.. Panda used to be a good full meal and value.. now the costs have gone way way up and the amount of food you get per scoop has went way way down.. it's sad because you made your wealth from offering a superior product at a good costs and you made your chain world wide famous and delicious.. now every location I have to argue please fill my Plate full of food.. or I won't buy it.. that spoon your serve with is so small.. and please feel free to use less vegetables in you mix of let's say Beef or Chicken... Paying premium for getting less is not how your chain became successful. You should also offer your Stake without mushrooms.. I'd pay the extra to get that dish, but I don't like to eat fungus with my dinner and they say that the staff is not allowed to dish the plate without the mushrooms.. so I can eat it.. make a dish with the stake and without the mushrooms.. kung Pow Steak maybe???? My wife enjoyed her chicken and noodles, although she had one sizable chunk with no chicken and another chunk that seemed to be like a tattered half chicken breast. No real complaints over the poorly diced piece: it was still well cooked. The other bowl turned out pretty good, with no notable issues. Neither bowl seemed to be overly oily, which has been a frequent issue I've had with Panda Express offerings: the bowls were practically dry after consumption. Server arrived at the counter within about 3 minutes of our stepping up to the counter. Most food appeared to be ready; broccoli beef was the lone exception noted, with barely a serving left in the pan.
