I'm so glad I have this opportunity to express in great detail my horrible experience this morning picking up an appliance for one of my customers as I went back to the area to the unit I was going to buy there is no worries to be found except for numerous workers in white t-shirts not the Home Depot uniform who didn't even acknowledge me there so I proceeded to take shrink wrap to wrap my unit and a hand truck to roll it up front to pay for it and leave only to be stopped by the Gestapo lady that runs the appliance section who comes out of the back stampeding like a buffalo Carrie down in the most unprofessional manner I've ever experienced taking items that I was buying and watching them back to the areas where they go whatever her issue was you could definitely see her string hanging Then followed me up to the front only to be bombarded by her presence I asked her to leave me alone I don't want her help and had to raise my voice in order for her to hear me her persistence was quite alarming to say the least then the b* turns around and tries to snatch me out to the manager like I was at the wrong well I got one thing to say about the manager usually if there's an issue he would approach the customer find out what it is see there's this thing called customer service that there's a lack of and definitely a most recent lack with this covid-19 b* half these people think they're f* cops. The only way I can post as if I put a star but I shouldn't even deserve that whatever her name is Caribou Sue or Stampede Stacy who cares they really f* up when they put women in the construction industry not that there's a problem with women in the construction industry but at least know what the f* you're doing to represent a certain trade and or Department representing at trade and f* me where's the f* manners I guess this part of the country people lack that because they have no...
Read moreTo start things were wonderful. In July we went to Home Depot in Bullhead City. We had a great sales person, Allysa at the store. She tried to get our account open and couldn't. The next day we had our account open. I tried to call and get the washing machine ordered, was told we had to come in the store since we didn't have a physical card yet. My husband went in and gave them the paperwork of the machine we picked out the night before. He returned, I looked at the paperwork and the sales person ordered the wrong color. I called and I asked them to change it, AGAIN, can't do that over the phone, have to go in and cancel it and reorder. Did that. Thought all was good. Delivery was supposed to be August 18th. Good. On August 17th we received notice that it would not be received until September 25th. At this time we were out of state visiting our kids and grandkids. I called again, told them this was not acceptable. Tried to order another machine. I had the card in hand and they said no problem, and even said they would give us a $50 credit for all the issues already...found a comparable machine and was ordering it when someone else said no, can't take the order over the phone with a card. WHAT? This was THEIR FAULT twice and they had signatures and our numbers. SO, after being on the phone and trying to order for well over an hour I had to cancel it all. (Plus making the trip there two times) Thank God I know another employee there personally and told him my issues and how frustrated and mad I was with this whole process. He said "order it online". I did, that worked. This was the worst EVER experience in trying to buy an appliance and then not even getting the one we really wanted or the discount we were promised when it was ordered the third time!!! Never will buy from an in store employee again. This was a...
Read moreAbsolutely the WORST customer service experience ever! We have spent over $60k in this store over the past year because we are renovating our home. We ordered new vinyl sliding glass doors and windows (for our entire house) back in March, paid for them upfront and in full. We were told the items would arrive within 4 to 6 weeks. Apparently one of the small windows was backordered, so Home Depot decided to delay delivery on the rest of our items. Finally, at the end of June I called the store to request that they deliver our merchandise and schedule the installation; it is ridiculous to hold up our entire order based on one small window. On July 5th, our windows and sliders were delivered by the store and EVERY SINGLE PIECE was damaged. Home Depot mishandled and damaged everything during shipping, and we have gotten the run around from the store management since. Plus, we were overcharged $3,000 on our invoice for 2 extra doors that were mistakenly added to our order. After notifying the Assistant Manager of the situation, she blew me off in an email that basically said they would allow us to return the damaged doors/windows if we paid a 25% restocking fee per item. Home Depot caused the damage through their own negligence, yet they expected me to accept the items or pay them to return them to the store?!?! I had to file a complaint through Home Depot corporate. This is NO way to treat good customers that have spent thousands of dollars in your store. Avoid this store for any custom orders. Their incompetence is worse than their terrible...
