After several horrible experiences with stale and hard chalupa shells we specifically asked that our chalupa shells be baked fresh as we were ordering four of the most expensive items on the menu. After waiting almost eight minutes we were served cold and hard chalupa shells; so hard that you can knock them on the table. We return them and ask that our original request be honored and they make us fresh shells. After 19 minutes we finally received our four chalupas. When I asked the manager to please put the time on the receipt that we received our food as it was now almost 40 minutes since we originally ordered he proceeded to argue with me for 4 minutes at the counter. Saying the time I was requesting was already on my receipt. Jose appeared to be ignorant to the fact that the time I receive my food was much later than the time that I ordered it which was the time he was indicated on the receipt. This Taco Bell District Manager and owners appear to have absolutely no care for quality and customer service. They seem to be in it for a fast buck as they're across the river from the casino. I've written several reviews outlining the horrible unsatisfying cold and nasty food they continue to serve. Read moreI write about 5 minutes to 10:00 p.m. park the car in the process of locking the car up and grabbing my phone took about 3 minutes I know this worker run up and lock the door I got to the doors probably 9:58 p.m. and the doors locked inside was a couple on their child who was still getting their food from the counter I want to get Long John Silver's I was unaware that they were no longer there so I drive into the drive-thru it was informed of this not a big deal how are the same lady who locked the door on me I see how was I feeling today I said frustrated and disappointed because you locked the door when I was walking up to there to go get something to eat Not only would I have bought something to eat but you think someone would like to use the restroom as well I just drove in from Phoenix Arizona this is what people want $15 more an hour because they don't want to work I'm not a messy person order my food use the restroom and out the door however my opportunity to do that was taken away with two minutes ago the restaurant is open till 12:00 I can understand closing the dining room but I don't understand why you close it and lock it when you have someone walking up to the door that was as rude and...
Read moreMy wife and I go to bullhead quite a bit to sams, we try to eat at Long Johns when possible because they closed the store in Kingman. We yesterday 6/21/2019, we ate at LJ's and I must say it was the worst experience we have ever had. It started with the really tall cashier, she could use a lot of training in customer service skills, she had the personality of a wet paper sack. The we go out food, not only was it way over cooked and tasted horrible, the portions so small that when we left we were bot still hungry and very dissatisfied, not to mention the prices seemed to go up quite a bit from the last time we were there. Then to top it off, there was a homeless man sleeping in one of the booths. Now we were not the only ones complaining, we overhear several people complaining about the same things we did. This will definitely be the last time we go to LJ's and we will do our part to discourage others from going until LJ's gets there act together.
