Bulverde Police Department — Local services in Bulverde

We watched an officer park in the middle of a parking lot, and get out (patrol car #200) to have a smoke. Not a huge deal.... Then he almost danced around while doing so, seemed to be talking to himself oddly... And then we witness him throw his cigarette butt on the ground! We went out after he left to be sure. Yup. He fully littered! Nothing better to do on the 4th of July but to park horribly and litter??! Couldn't hide on 281 like the rest of them to try to catch people doing 70 in a 65?...

I usually do not like to leave reviews for the police department, especially Bulverde. In light of other police dept removing police officers who escalate vs de escalate. I would highly suggest looking at staff and retraining or removing from duty any officers who have shown they escalate. I went in and had a bad experience with one when I was reporting a crime a year ago. Some officers just don't understand emotionally regulation or solution oriented mindset.
