United States Postal Service — Local services in Bulverde

Mr Hagen - and Ms Sanchez - and Mr Rendon - as noted previously - this post office does NOT deliver packages to the Bulverde area. They ONLY deliver to box holders in the building. Packages outside that building, and keys for mailboxes outside that building, are delivered by the Spring Branch post office - not the Bulverde CPO.

This is a Contract Post Office so it does not have all the amenities that a larger Federal building has - such as Passports, custom forms, receipts for pre-paid dropped off packages, and Federal workers. It’s been in the community since the 1950s and has been a vital part of a growing area. It was originally in the small gas station across the street, when the gas station was known as Woods’ Store.

The only packages delivered there, are to people who have a post office box in that building. If you do not have a PO Box there and received a notice at your home mailbox about picking up a package, please look on the back of it for where that post office is.

Since October 2020, they have been back to regular hours, despite what some non post-office websites they do not control, may show: M-Fr 8:30 - 5:00 Sat. 9 - 12

There is a small Farmer’s Market there Wednesday mornings and some great businesses around the area. Come to The Village! Do some mailing, have some lunch, buy fresh veggies, get a hair cut, enjoy some wine ..... and many other thing! Hope we...

Beware of ACTUAL business hours!!!!!!They close at 10:30AM and re-open at 3:30PM for covid. I don't understand why anyone would create a MUCH smaller window of time for everyone to come in as they create an always busy environment with more people!! Doesn't make sense to me. Your customers would be more spread out if you are open ALL hours. And please fix your hours online....you are creating a lot of angry people who drive there any time between 10:30 and 3:30 but somehow I don't think you care. Now I will need to drive 30 minutes to mail my package, an hour total added to my day that I really did not have time for.....had you listed your proper hours, I would have known ahead of time to not even travel in that direction. Very cute buulding but I will never return here for the simple fact they can't even correct their business hours and...

Avoid This Location If You Can This USPS location is consistently disappointing. The staff are rude, unhelpful, and visibly irritated whenever you ask questions. They treat different customers differently, fake nice to some, completely dismissive to others. Shipping is slow, especially when sending items to the distribution center, and any inquiry takes forever to resolve. They make up different rules depending on who you talk to, and do not bother trying to get real help with your shipments you will not get it here. Save yourself the stress and go to a different USPS. The workers here clearly do not want to be here, and it shows. No...
