Well if they tell you they repair Window Screens. Don't do it. They don't. Worst customer service experience I've yet to receive here in California. Two weeks having dropped off and prepaid to have my screen replaced and their only real resolution to the problem was "Well you can come pick it up and take it somewhere else" WOW!! The worst part if this was it had already been there the 7 to 10 business days and it was going over. And the Guy that repairs them was there working and out on the Floor. My thoughts on this are once you've blown the customer off for TWO weeks and now they've discovered this. You should at least try to provide the service ASAP and have the repair started right away. It's a 15 minute job when you have the supplies and tools. The response should never be. Well you can come pick it up. This business is not hungry! There are obviously too many customers and too much money being made that they do not need more paying customers. I should have rated it lower. But they are not always this bad. But it was once of those situations were the more they more they made stupid excuses the madder I got. I guess really its my fault. Wheb they said 7 to 10 business days for a 15 minute job i should have gone elsewhere. I still kept my money Local, but I'm sitting accross from Woody's screen center right now doing my laundry. And it'll be done by 4pm today since the employee won't be back from a job till later today. Paid a few dollars more. But more...

Went in around end of June to purchase a few items, got to the check out and gave the woman my card. The strip was really worn and she told me she didn't have the capability to manually enter in the number, unheard of but fine - gave her another card.
Went back a couple days ago to exchange/return an item I didn't need and since I didn't have the receipt, the checker had to look up my purchase by card number. She told me my card was not showing record of having been charged and that the item I purchased hadn't been sold since May - What?? It's on my bank statement... I explained how it was the right card and she tried to look it up again. I asked to speak to the manager who explained that there was no luck locating my card number in their system, nor the item that was sold. She said they didn't issue store credit or gift cards, couldn't refund me without the receipt.
All the while every regular who walked in was greeted by first name and socialized with the store associates - how this place has regulars, I couldn't tell you. They were not willing to make the situation right and what irked me the most was that I felt like I was being punished for returning something I purchased from them, like it was my fault I didn't need the item anymore.    Read moreVery loose screens. I brought all the screens for my home in to have them done in a strong metal screen, so that my cats wont ruin them. I told them I wanted a very strong metal screen similar to chicken wire. They said they couldnât do that, but had a thick aluminum screen and pet screen. I chose the aluminum thinking it would be stronger. My husband picked up the screens and to my disappointment, they were weaker than the original screens in the frames that I brought in and they were put in very loosely. There was a lot of miscommunication, but the general manager took care of the situation. After doing a great deal of research when I got home, come to find out that pet screen is seven times stronger than the aluminum screen that I chose. I really wish the staff would know the difference between the screening that they have available and the benefits, because I wouldâve chosen the pet screen rather than the thicker aluminum screen. I still have to get my screens redone since they do not have the ability to make a custom frame and screen, but the staff there is so nice and helpful that I would prefer to go there for any other of my hardware needs.
