The worst experience. Let me just start off saying that I've had lip injections done before at another place and I loved them. So I decided to give this place a shot. I had Suzanne who seemed to be experienced and had good reviews. She was done really quickly and I knew I won't see results for a couple weeks. Well three weeks later my lips were completely uneven, I had bumps everywhere and also there was a dot on the inside part of my top lip that literally looked like a black head. It was hurting and swelling up at times. I was totally freaked out and set up an appointment to get it checked out. The girl on the phone seemed a little freaked out as well after I told her about what's going on. So anyways, she tells me that Suzanne won't be there to see me and that I have to see another nurse. Totally fine with me, I understand. What I definitely don't understand is the awful service that I got after that. When I came in the girls that I've never seen before at the front desk didn't seem to care and looked very annoyed that I was there. I saw the nurse Suzanne that I was told wasn't there, she didn't greet me or say anything, just pretended she's never seen me before. I was numbed, taken into the room and a girl came and talked to me. She was so so rude, rolled her eyes and would turn away when I was talking. I wanted an explanation of what was on my lip and she literally wouldn't tell me. She said she has to squeeze it out like a pimple. It hurt really bad even with the numbing. Made my lips even more uneven, so I showed her a picture and pointed out where it's CLEARLY uneven. She said that it looks like the picture was taken the next day after the filler and I showed her that it was from yesterday. To what she was like "Why do they look like that? They look bad." Then I thought, yeah I don't know why they look like that you tell me. She argued with me and then said that SUDDLE differences are normal. And then said that there are no differences at all, that it's in my head. What a joke. While being extremely rude and looking uninterested. Meanwhile while I was dealing with this unprofessional lady, my girlfriend was in the lobby. The girls at front desk didn't know she was with me and she heard them whispering about me and gossiping. I later called and asked to speak to a manager to which they took my phone number and said they would call me back. No one ever called me. I was the nicest and patient customer which they could've have as a customer for life if they we willing to work with me or at least weren't rude. Instead I received the worst customer service, had girls whispering about me in the lobby, being extremely mean and management ignoring me. I've never been treated like that in my entire life. What a disgusting place. I'll definitely take this farther to a bureau that deals with businesses like this. I will never be back and recommend others avoiding...
Read moreI have got my lips done here a few times over the years. It was going fine. Couldn't complain. My last visit ended my trust for this place. My last visit lacked professionalism. I was left "forgotten" for about 1 hour with numbing cream on my lips for that long all because the customer before me seemed to have been a "high status" individual from what I think, but I was told that they were "training" someone hence why I was forgot about. My injector actually told me that the receptionist told me that she didn't have a patient which displays poor communication: Red flag. I hate things like that. I can take my business somewhere else there are so many injecting places now a days that the industry has become very over saturated. I can easily take my business somewhere else where I am valued for who I am rather than my status. To also mention, a part of me thinks that I was charged for a full syringe (when I asked for it) but was given half of one. My lips appeared like half a syringe was done for some reason, not to mention the procedure seemed quicker than the normal timings of when I get full syringes. In addition, the injector rushed. I like the injectors work, but I think this place just lacks professionalism, and if this injector did in-fact use half a syringe rather than a full one, then karma WILL get her back for being fraudulent and scamming loyal customers. I should have asked to see the syringe box before it was applied, but you just want to "trust" the process and injector. Think this will be my last visit going here. I lost trust, and I deeply trust my intuition and feel like half a syringe was used when I asked for a full one and was charged for a full one. I can tell by my lips. I have got my lips done for the last 6 years, I can tell a full one was not used. I advise people to be very cautious when coming here. Look elsewhere first before...
Read moreI'm not someone that complains since I've had many experiences with customers and clients but I guess my experience here wasn't the greatest. I got there 20 mins before my appointment and they still took over an hour to take me in. I was going to get my nose done but then I decided to get some on my lips too so I had to wait again but just 15 more mins and this girl was kind of rude. She was an Arabic I'm guessing. I was drooling since I was so numb I didn't notice and she was just giving me attitude throughout the whole process. I work at a lash studio and I've never gave my clients attitude if they start twitching or opening their eyes. Another thing is, it's been a month and I have some blister looking things in my lips they feel like balls. And it's grayish looking I don't know if it's the product that you can see. I have no idea if she was new or just didn't like me and messed my lips up. And I still gave a tip. But now that I see these blisters haven't left I'm complaining...
