I brought my mother to the store today so she could test out some mattresses as she wants to downsize from a full to a twin. Though Mattress Firm's website is well done and very comprehensive, nothing beats going to the store to feel the mattresses and being able to make a more informed decision if you aren't already familiar with the products. Mom and I opened the door and Danny greeted us with a warm smile, gave us his name and offered his assistance. I let Danny know what we were looking for and the price point we wanted to stay within, and he took us to a mattress that was within our budget. The mattress was nice, but the sides were not as sturdy as I would have liked, and I worried about Mom sliding off of the bed and hitting the floor. Danny wanted to show us another mattress, even though it was a bit over what we wanted to spend, but he informed us of the popularity of the mattress, and he mentioned the last customer he sold the same mattress to was a women a few years older than Mom. The mattress was exactly what mom was looking for. It was constructed of several different materials; coil springs, gel and memory foam, and the sides were reinforced and strong and they did not cave to her weight when she sat down. In addition to the great deal we received, Danny included the adjustable base, as it was part of the promotion, and gave us a great deal with delivery, set-up and old mattress removal. Our whole experience from start to finish was a pleasant and enjoyable experience, and I would whole-heartedly recommend Mattress Firm. In my opinion, however, Danny's product knowledge, great personality and great customer service were the deciding factors in purchasing the mattress. I usually don’t leave reviews, but I had the best experience at mattress firm in Burbank California. I originally bought a bed from mattress firm back in May 2025. From the moment I walked through the door until the time I walked Out the door I felt like I was at home. Angie, my sleep expert was absolutely wonderful. She was very knowledgeable in her line of business and very helpful. I was happily now the owner of a new queen, comfy bed. Or so, I thought. Over the next few months of sleeping in the bed, I realized my body was not conforming to the bed properly, and I was in pain upon waking up and felt really tired still. In the midst of this, I had some family emergencies where I had to be out of state for a month and then came back to the passing of my father-in-law. I was passed the timeframe to return my mattress and search for a new one, but I found myself in the store once again with hope. This time I was greeted by Angie’s boss Ace Who was very ,personable and helpful. Angie arrived about five minutes after and was able to help me. Between the two of them, I was grateful that they were able to help me despite 120 days and some change past my timeframe. I can say that Angie is very good at what she does she makes you feel like . family. She listens to your needs assesses and helps you find what you really need no judgment. This was my first experience at Mattress Firm in Burbank. With full confidence, I must say that I am extremely happy that I visited this store. I was purchasing a new mattress for my brother who is going to get discharged from the hospital after a critical abdominal surgery. I wanted to get him a mattress that he would be very comfortable sleeping on it when he got home because he will still have a few tubes attached to his abdominal area. Most places tried to sell me their most expensive mattress. But Stephanie went above and beyond to explain me the differences in mattresses and after she patiently listened to my unique situation and the condition my brother is in, she was able to guide me, educate me, and advise me to purchase the best solution for my brother. And for that I’m extremely grateful. She genuinely cared for me. She was very knowledgeable, experienced, professional, an expert in her field, caring, understanding, mindful, thoughtful, supportive, super friendly, polite, and genuinely an amazing human being. I appreciate everything she did for me. As a business owner myself, I can’t emphasize enough how valuable of an asset she is for the company. She definitely deserves a raise and a promotion.
