Rockin Kids Burbank — Attraction in Burbank

Will NEVER return. Had my daughter's 5 year birthday there, she wanted it there. I selected a time 5 weeks in advance, the owner called me to change it because SHE wanted my original time for her kid's party. I accommodated her- big mistake. On the day of, 6 employees showed up, many in basketball shorts, t-shirts and sandals- looked like they rolled out of bed. The manager (taller skinny guy), turned away some of my daughter's invited guests because in his mind he felt they were not invited base off of ethnic appearance. He turned away a white person and child because the majority of the people present were of Latin descent. The child left crying his head off. I found out after the fact. He didn't question any other of our arriving guest because they happened to be darker in appearance.He told my spouse, "they can come in (pointing at the Latin guests), but they are not your guests (pointing at the Caucasian guests).

Further they obliterated my daughter's cake, these girls were laughing as they cut extra large chunks of cake for little kids. Most of the play equipment was NOT available for use- false advertisement. It was only a two hour time slot but we left early, the atmosphere was soured with ignorance and racism from the staff. I never received a follow up call from the owner, will not be returning, and have let all of our parents know about this horrific experience. The only employee that was nice was the young African American girl, unfortunately she was not there the day...

I got the super deluxe package it was 50 adults and 25 kids, u pick a theme they have over 30 themes to choose from. It comes with 4 pizzas Juice for the kids and they set up the tables, balloons, utensils cups and a cooler!

I brought panda express for more food, soda and waters and more juices. I brought a few more decorations and the big number 1.

They have a high chair u dont have to bring one.

They literally make it sooo easy! They set up and clean up!!!

I have mixed feelings about this place . My son. Loves it here . There is a verierty of toys although Many aren’t working or missing parts . There are many broken toys and I don’t understand why they don’t toss them out . Most toys don’t have batteries either which is a bummer and everything is so dirty !!! No joke it looks like they picked toys up at the junk yard or yard sake and just threw them in there . I don’t understand why they don’t clean them good ?? Also some area aren’t padded and should be . People don’t watch their kids . Last time I was there a couple paid for their kid to play and they sat on a table doing work or whatever . They weren’t watching their kid at all !! It’s ridiculous people think it’s a daycare .

Also they always only have one employee. This tells me they never clean anything !!! The owners must be cheap . Personally there needs to be someone there cleaning 24/7!! Just from when I was there I saw a kid with snot too.
