I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Front Signs. After they replaced a transformer on our light sign the part failed within just 8 months. When I contacted them to inquire about the warranty, I was met with unhelpful representatives who were unable to provide clear answers and didn't seem to know if the part had any warranty at all.
Despite multiple follow-ups, the company has not taken responsibility or stood behind the work they performed. The lack of accountability and professionalism is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to avoid this company, as they do not appear to support the services they provide or value their customers.
Update 12/16/24: After my initial disappointment with Front Signs, I’m pleased to report that they have since addressed the transformer issue at no charge. While I appreciate their effort to resolve the problem, I do wish this had been handled proactively from the beginning, as it would have avoided a lot of frustration and follow-ups on my end.
However, I remain concerned about the lack of transparency regarding the warranty information for the parts they use. At no point were we provided with clear details about the parts' warranties, leaving us with no control over what is being installed or confidence in its longevity.
It wasn’t until I shared my concerns publicly that the situation was addressed, which is unfortunate. While I’m grateful the issue was ultimately fixed, I hope this experience encourages the company to improve their customer support, accountability, and transparency...
Read moreWe had an awful experience with Front Signs. I should've known when they demanded payment in full before performing any work onsite that they would be difficult to work with. We've now had them here three times, the sign is at the wrong height and the decal on the logo is damaged. First trip, I was out of town but agreed to have them come anyway. We taped the height on the wall where we wanted the letters of our logo, but unfortunately the install crew determined that the sign should be higher. Now we have an awkward space to fill below the sign. In addition, 3 letters were installed upside down (an i and two O's, color has a gradient from dark to light), one letter was crooked and the logo piece was damaged. They also ripped some paint off the wall when removing their outline and refused to fix the paint. Second trip, they flipped the upside down letters and fixed the crooked letter, but left blisters under the logo. Third trip to fix the blisters was Friday 7/19. They gave us a window of 10a-2p but ended up showing up at 4pm. Now we have blisters, rough edges and cuts...see attached. The workmanship is unacceptable and it seems we'll need to find another contractor to...
Read moreWe order a sign from about 18 months ago. That sign cost us about “12 thousand” dollars. Now tue colors are fading away and they do not accept any responsibility for it. I called Miguel. His manner over the phone was not acceptable. First he claimed that it is because of water damage from the sprinkler system, but when he found out that water from sprinkler does not reach it then he said it is because of the sun. Well, the sign is in carpinteria and more than 60 to 70 percent of days are cloudy there. The purpose of the sign was for installation our side if it cannot withstand the sun there then their signs we be gone in 6 months in areas with a lot of sun. He was supposed to call me back more than 1 month ago which never happened.
In a nutshell, I do not recommend them whatsoever! Their 12 thousand dollar work in a good environment just...
