If you want to be followed by what Iām assuming is the owner (Asian Lady) around the whole store while shopping then go here. Iām assuming she is the owner as she has been there the two times I have gone. She DOES NOT LEAVE YOU ALONE. CONSTANTLY LINGERING (Iām assuming she picks and chooses who might steal) and it is soooo annoying. After shopping around and wanting to try on some things one of the workers (Hispanic male) lets me know only 3 items are allowed in fitting room (low amounts as I had like 8 pieces of clothing but whatever I understand she probably deals with lots of theftā¦. CLEARLY⦠or sheās just really annoying.) After getting 3 items and partner going to the fitting room, shocker⦠here comes the Asian lady RUNNING TO MY fitting room, knocking hard yelling āonly 3 items of clothingā as to where they yelled back āI know, I only have 3ā. She then proceeds to STAND BY THE FRONT OF THE STORE ALL OF A SUDDEN (which also HAPPENS TO HAVE direct view of the fitting rooms) room thinking I donāt know what she is doing and just waiting staring straight ahead but really she is not slick & makes it uncomfortable SO UNCOMFORTABLE because all she does is WATCH YOU!! I will not be coming here again bc of this uncomfortable, horrible experience. Iāll just continue going to the sylmar one bc of this experience ( itās way bigger also) where owners/ workers (unsure of what the lady is) donāt make it an uncomfortable...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSelection is average at best. Its a good place for work attire mainly. Scrubs, dickies, tees, etc. However the costumer service is just terrible honestly. The owner needs to learn to not watch costumers like they are going to steal. A very unwelcoming environment. š
Update : Still the same terrible costumer service and unprofessional behavior from owner. Just order online and avoid the stress...

The employees didn't acknowledge me nor appeared to acknowledge the other customer. It's too bad though because I probably would've ended up spending a couple hundred bucks in there. Never again would I step into that...
