Ace Hardware Burley — Local services in Burley

Basic hardware store. They dont have a lot of what they do have. I went there for a wrench and I had to look all over 3 aisles to find one where it wasnt supposed to be. Not anywhere near the other wrenches of it's kind. The other wrenches like it they had one maybe two of. Not a lot of options. Not one person walking around that worked there asked me how I was or how I was doing. I stood in line waiting for the cashier to stop talking to her friend for 25 minutes before I butt in. When you're on the south end of Burley and don't feel like driving north or out-of-town, you will most likely find what you need here. The downfall to this store is the manager is rude, always unpleasant and once even had my elderly father followed in the store for fear of shoplifting (I call it 'profiling'). . If i could give zero stars I would. The inventory is never right. Every employee is clueless and doesn’t know what is there or where it is. I love 45 minutes away and called to make sure they had an item, they pulled it off the shelves after being given the exact item number to hold for me. We drove there and low behold it was not even close to what I called about and they could not find what I did need anywhere even though It clearly stated they had multiple.
