The coffe is good here...the issue is how its made is inconsistent...and the bigger issue is customer service. Sometimes i come in and the staff is super friendly and the coffee is amazing...other times they are extremely rude and make it known its on purpose and they purposely mess up your coffee by either making it wrong entirely making it way too sweet you cant drink it or making it luke warm borderline cold just now i was in there and the barista was very rude and i could literally hear here saying she didnt care she made the coffee wrong and then took a call and started screaming the word bull*t everyobe in the place could hear. Its a bummer when a good business with a good product gets ruined by terrible employees. The mochas and biscotti were very good! They serve Seattle's Best. It was a little slow getting our drinks, but they were quite busy at the counter and at the drive-thru that Saturday morning. Service was adequate, but I wouldn't call it inviting or friendly...more like stoic, but efficient. They have kiosks so you can order before you even get to the counter, which is really handy. One thing I would have liked: make the tables right outside the doors non-smoking. As someone who is unable to breathe well when cigarette smoke is in the air, it was unfortunate to have to walk through a cloud of smoke going in and out of the shop. It was a very bad way to start and finish my first visit here. I will go back...I'll just use the drive-thru. I had family in from Oregon for my husband’s celebration of life. Before they left, they wanted to go out for a sandwich. It was Sunday, June 4th. I took them here, the young lady at the counter was very sweet and kind. No sooner than we sat down, a different gal came to the table and said we had 5 mins to finish. She said they were closing and wanted to go home. As soon as she walked back behind the counter, she shut the lights off! So rude, and not accommodating. She should have told us that when we arrived and we would have taken it to go. you don’t turn the lights off on customers. Bad example for my family from Oregon.
