Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Burley

Pizza Hut Burley Very disappointed. This is the first time in a long time that we have decided to go out and eat as a family. My husband and son went to the bathroom and while we were standing there two employees ignored us and didn't make an effort to say hello. Every table was dirty so we couldn't go and sit down. When they came out of the bathroom we were able to ask if we should just sit down. The lady said yes give I've me a second. She went to the handicap table took the dirty stuff off and put it on another table and didnt wipe it down. Said here guys and walked off. I had to pull over chairs for us to sit down. The table was sticky there were silverware sitting in the window and we were being ignored again. Waited for a bit longer and just decided to leave. Yes she may have been on her own in the front but to have every table dirty and to ignore customers until they have to speak up is rude. Will not go in to eat again. But will continue to...

THISSS PLACE STINKS , ALL THESE GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE , PIZZA HUT CLAIMS TO BE BETTER THAN EVERY PIZZA STOP . WELL LET ME TELL YOU THIS , I would take a gas station pizza before I order from this location again . None of the food looks like it’s supposed from the app . Yea not all of it will look commercial but I got my order from pick up and not only to find two of my items weren’t even their but they still charged me , I called and they told me they would get me some new fresh ones , not even 15 mins later they give me some and their cold and stale looking . Always a pleasant experience ordering at this location. Service is always exceptional but I mainly order online then proceed with carry out. Food can be hit and miss, especially when ordering wings. Occasionally there’s a LOT of sauce and others barely. Atmosphere; dine in is fine and has had slight improvements but location could use a “glow up”. Nothing extravagant, but the kitchen does has the drop ceiling that SHOWS its been there awhile. My only largest issue is the fact that you can’t apply codes in the app for this location! There’s the Rare occasion of getting coupons in the mail, but to prevent using codes in the app? It’s like they don’t want their location to grow and generate more revenue.
