Buffet is EXCELLENT! Definitely worth the drive to the south of town. Chile rellenos are the highlight of the show, but the chile verde, beans, and salsa are also among the best I have had in Idaho. Price was $9.50 during the week and $10.50 on weekends for the lunch buffet which included menudo! Everything I tried was very good.

I have dined at most of the mexican restaurants in Burley (Aguila, Mirador, El Caporal) and Guadalajara's food is by far my family's favorite. In terms of service, they all have good and bad days, but one thing that I have learned is that you cant be afraid to ask if you need something.

This is a local favorite. Think small local family owned restaurant ❤️. When you eat here, you are supporting local families, not big corporations. We love Maria, the owner she is so sweet and knows everyone! This is authentic Mexican food for Southern Idaho, I have heard people from other places disagree, but we love it here! My personal favorites are the buffet or the Mexican pizza with shredded beef🥰. I will say that going during busy times, you do get fresher food on the buffet, but it is still super good anytime. We have been loyal customers...

We ordered our food to go, so I can't. I 100% say the atmosphere is 4 stars, but what I did notice from where we waited while our food was being prepared is a clean and well-kept dining room.

We ordered steak and a chicken fajita quesadilla along with Shrimp Fajitas. I asked for extra salsa, and they delivered! And I'm glad they did, 24oz of their yummy salsa. It is so yummy! Their food was fresh and tasted great.
