Subway — Restaurant in Burley

This place has got to have the worst customer service ever. We ordered our food to be ready at five. They had another customer that they were with when I got there, and they had started on my order. I understand being “busy” as I have worked in fast food for multiple years, but she then proceeded to make my order after getting there. She didn’t have any more ranch for my husbands order, which is what it is, but she completely ignored the special note/comment on the receipt for my tuna on flat bread to be toasted. She even ignored for it to be cut. Me and my husband tried toasting it at home, not wanting to go back, but a sandwich with lettuce being toasted makes for warm lettuce and not melted cheese. So my husband called asking for a 6 inch so I had something to eat, and for it to be made right. This was met by Brianna on the phone who proceeded to say they don’t toast flat bread. Complete crap as things on the menu come toasted with flat bread. (And the fact that I have ordered before and never had a problem). And then she proceeded to be rude to my husband about the whole thing and reluctantly told us that we would only be getting a 6 inch. Which is what we wanted!!! The only problems with this whole thing is the ignoring of what the order was, and the straight disrespect from Brianna. We don’t live in burley. We can’t just go in and get a refund whenever. Disappointed by the disgusting service from Brianna tonight. I want better.

Mar 25th 9:12pm The young gal in charge of making the sandwiches tonight was extremely rude. We made sure to get there 50 minutes before closing and were pleased to see no one was in the store. The gal threw the change at my nephew, responded with showing annoyance in doing anything , & made it clear that we "got there too late" We are in the food industry ourselves and understand how stressful it can be at times but the way she treated us is 100% innacceptable. She shouldn't be representing Subway in such way. This was our first time here in Burley, & after reading the reviews know this incident is isolated. Honestly, for a subway, this place is not half bad. Subway usually has some pretty mediocre food, but the employees here actually care. I kid you not when I say I went into this subway fully expecting the food to be as poorly made as most other subways, but here, the amount of effort and dedication they put into making your sandwich is commendable. The restaurant is also very well kept, no cobwebs in the corners or anything. I gotta admit, I actually enjoy eating here, and would gladly get some sandwiches even given other options.
