I was a little sketched about going to Skaggs but when my husband dragged me there a gentleman by the name of Nicholas was the first to ask what we wanted. He helped us out with all of our furniture for our new house! He was so helpful and he presented so many different items! He gave us so many to choose from and really helped us match what we liked. He's a great employee and a great person in general! Very humble and great customer service. Every time me and my husband go in we always asked if Nick is working! He's our go to man! David Tolman was so wonderful to deal with. We went in with a few questions about the couch we purchased a year ago. It was making a little bit of noise when you sat on it. He promptly came to the rescue! He came over to our house to see what was going on and continued to look over the whole couch. It was then when he noticed something else was going on with the couch. He made sure the warranty was ready to go and had someone come pick it up. In every way he took care of us. He made this the easiest thing to deal with.
