The scheduler and office manager that you never meet is not someone you ever want to do business with. I am a professional in Burlingame at a local community serving company in healthcare. This is one of the best spray tans i ever had. The interaction with a person via text messages is the scheduler and requests a reasonable deposit that i gladly paid however the problem lies in her uneducated street trashy communication style, this cheapens the business and will continue to ruin the business. This can not be the owner. This woman collects a deposit that’s understandable however this abusive communication even if you reschedule days before the appointment is why i will not ever refer anyone else nor do business again.

Tell the spray tanner to go find a better atmosphere to work, shes probably under paid and exploited herself by this person. She is to classy for the way she is represented here. Can't say enough good things about this business! I've been using them for years and have always had perfect hand-sprays with them (before weddings, vacations, etc). Recently, after I made an appointment for a pre-vacation hand-spray, they messaged me a couple weeks beforehand and apologized that they could not do a hand-spray the day I had set, but would be able to do a "booth spray". Well I hadn't had a booth spray in over a decade and I explained I felt quite terrified about it (I was imagining major streaking). They reassured me their booth sprays are not like other places, that they take great care of their machines, that they would walk me through the process, and that it would be perfect. I was still hesitant, but agreed, and I'm so glad I did. They were totally right! She walked me through the process, was so reassuring, and of course my tan came out perfectly. I’ve been coming to this business for years, from when they were still at their old location, and today, they’ve lost my business. Downtown Burlingame is extremely busy and notoriously difficult to find parking. I showed up today 4 minutes past my appmt time due to no parking and they turned me away. Last time I was here they were late to start my appmt but I didn’t complain. The woman who checked me in was extremely rude and didn’t have any sympathy for me leaving work early to make my appmt. They resent me there “rules” image which no where does it state you will be turned away if late by even a minute. It states that “Your appointment SHOULD start at your confirmed time” but doesn’t say if it doesn’t you will be turned away.
