My wife paid 121.60$ for a 15$ snowglobe when she got home and noticed the issue we went back on 10/13/24 to speak with a manager to get this resolved we waited half an hour while tiffany the manager was looking into the report. when she got back to us she handed my wife a piece of paper showing our transaction report and my wife's card was used to buy about 9 mens clothing products. i can guarantee the only thing my wife bought was in fact a snowglobe and when we told the manager this she expressed that their camera system was down and could not pull up the video footage which would of resolved this. our cashier that rang up my wifes snowglobe was camron not sure if it was an honest mistake or something worse but be careful when shopping here make sure you pay close attention to the total. and grab your receipt!!! my wife never received one from Camron. once tiffany told us there was nothing we could do she gave us a number for corporate my wife called this morning and was met with another person who was unwilling to help we have tried everything possible to get our money back the right way we are now taking it to the bank and reporting fraud. will never shop here again lost me and my wife's trust while also showing us how incapable the staff is at their jobs Tiffany was not helpful at all the cameras should have been working i believe she was making excuses to make us go away. if its possible we stiff have a printed report and would love the get footage of the exact time we were there proving we only purchased...
Read moreI will never again step foot in this store, and I normally can stop 1 time a week or more on some occasions. The last 4 times I’ve been in this store I have waited OVER 30mim to checkout. TODAY, I was attempting to return a dress, with the receipt, my daughter had pulled the tags off when trying it on, like a lot of kids. I was told that I could not return the dress without a tag. I read the return policy which states NOTHING about a tag. Yet I walked to the kids section (after waiting the initial 30+ min to reach a cashier) found the identical dress, matched the style number exactly with my receipt.i did not want the identical dress, though I had other items to purchase. The store manager told her employee that she could not do my exchange . Only after I started to read the return policy out loud did she come over and tell me that “we aren’t doing this in here today”. Eventually after my persistence and her actually taking a moment to LISTEN, did she then tell the employee how to proceeded with the exchange. 20 mins later… so 50 MINUTES!! To check out!! The time before that I left my cart full of merchandise after waiting 40mins and had to be at a appointment. Read moreEverytime I come into this establishment it is understaffed. Today, I went and there was one cashier with a line wrapped through the isles. I asked him did he call for help and he said yes but no one came. Of course I looked to the back near bedding there were 3 employees just chilling and talking to eaxh other, one sticking stickers on items. That one lady looked at the long line and turned her head to keep doing what she was doing. If you ask me the employees are lazy which is why they can't keep anyone. Better management because the management I saw today was doing what the rest of the her workers were doing nothing...... Shout out to the one young man at the register for staying so calm with the many complaints ahead of him and in the line. In addition, the store is ALWAYS a mess and dressing rooms NEVER open. I am not even sure why they put two new ones near the front if they weren't going to use them. If you are going to have one cashier dealing with a million customers the least the other staff could do is straighten up the place!!!!
