We enjoyed breakfast at Biscuitville this past Monday — food was great, as always! We intentionally only visit this location because it’s consistent, welcoming, and reliable. I actually worked here back in my late teens, and it’s been so nice to see that the quality of food and service has held strong over the years.
That said, what truly blew me away this week wasn’t just the biscuits — it was the kindness.
My daughter accidentally left her beloved teddy bear behind that day. This isn’t just any teddy bear — her Mimi (my mom) got it for her when she was a baby, and it means the world to her. I realized it was missing after the store had closed and called, expecting to leave a message. Instead, I was met with the kindest voice — Ms. Monica — who reassured me the bear was safe and said she’d “tuck her in in the manager’s office” for the night. 🥹
I swung by the next morning on my way to work, and the woman at the counter — I didn’t catch her name, but she was truly the embodiment of joy — lit up as she handed me the bear. She asked me to tell Everly that her bear had been tucked in and kept safe all night.
That small act of compassion meant so much to us. Thank you, Biscuitville, for not only serving up great food but also heart. You turned a stressful moment into something so touching, and for that, we’re incredibly...
Read moreSaturday mornings are BUSY! Opted to stand in line inside rather than the long line at the drive thru. The restaurant was hoppin'! 80% of the tables were occupied! I tried the fried Chicken biscuit ($3.69) but found it rather dry because it comes plain with no sauce. Weird. The hash browns were tasty! The bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits ($3.50) were better and the bacon was nice and crisp!
My only concern was the restaurant has limited real-estate inside. The coffee/drink/trash cans are all crammed together right near the check out line/cashiers. As soon as a person picks up their order, they go to get coffee. At the same time, people leaving are at the same spot to throw trash away and get refills. Resulting in a traffic pile up! What a congestion mess! I was bumped into multiple times trying to get coffee. Apparently, I take too long to add cream and sugar! I wish there had been a better lay out to...
Read moreI love Biscuitville restaurants. Due to a family member being in the hospital and this particular Biscuitville being in such close proximity to my destination, my family and I decided to visit this one. I ordered an egg, cheese, and turkey sausage on an English muffin. All my other family members received their food. I was told my food would be brought out to me, as they had to cook it. Ten minutes later I asked the cashier where my food was and told her what it was. She said they had forgot to cook it. She then told me to go sit back down, they would bring it out. When they brought it out (twenty minutes later) it was not on an English muffin (it was on a biscuit) and there was no cheese. I took it back up front with my receipt and explained the problem. She had the cooks fix the right item the next time. I will stick to going to the other Biscuitvilles around town and...
